This is an awful store. It’s so disorganized to the point where it’s impossible to find anything because there are multiple different styles and sizes on a single rack. It’s also rare that they restock anything, the clothes are very low quality, and above all else it’s disgusting. The dressing room curtains have literal mold on them and smell terrible. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. Regarding the clothing’s quality, the shirt I just bought has a huge hole after one wash.

This used to be a great store, but now every shirt I want is completely see through. The Quazi of the clothes has gone way. Down. This used to be a safe and easy place to shop and it’s lost all its charm

I love how well organised and clean the store is, even when during Sale season when it gets crazy, the store stays organised. The workers are always friendly and really helpful. I always enjoy shopping here, never had a bad experience.

Ashley is a super nice manger but the front staff (cashiers) need to be trained better on returns and professionalism. I tried to return a pair of sweats that were not worn and that just were not my style and the cashier went through the whole process of refunding me just to look at the pants before running my car and tell me that they look worn and can’t give me a refund. Very unprofessional and I will no longer be going back to the capitol mall H&M

Highly organized and has a lot of options. The changing rooms are okay, but their lack of staff is kind of insane. They only have 2 staff upfront to pay and there is hardly someone who is checking people for the changing rooms at the changing rooms.
