Pretty much what you expect from a big hardware store, plenty of selection at decent prices. Found the bolts I needed and picked up some sandpaper. Store was clean and organized. Would come back.

Employees are treated like dirt. They say that they are all about you, but that's a straight up lie. I basically and against Brooke my back working for them, but they want me to work harder. I'm not going to mention names but one associate caught mersa from a customer. That person has to pay for thier own care and they still make them work. They didn't care about any one that works there and still don't. I'm furious my boss only cared about his numbers not about the true ppl that did their part. Far as I'm concerned they're just like Walmart

Customer service here was prompt and friendly. Patty back in storage remember me from when I came in a week ago looking for these small totes that had sold out of, she then pointed me right to them so I can gett what I needed. Thank you for suck great customer service.

Lots and lots and lots of good stuff here from flowers to doorknobs to power tools. The staff is helpful by and large. If something doesn’t work out, returns are easy.

Never really had an issue here. The employees are always very nice and there's a good selection of plants and things in the garden section. Always gotten help when I needed to buy wood and have it cut specifically two different sizes.

I’ve been buying from Home Depot for over 30 years. I’ve never had the outstanding experience like my wife and me had at this particular HD. Well organized, well stocked, knowledgeable and helpful staff across the board. Other HD’s need to study this one. Obviously management is stellar. It starts at the top. Bravo to you all. We have 3 HD’s much closer to us and yet we now avoid all three and drive directly to this one. It’s worth the drive. Thanks to all for restoring my faith in Big Box stores.

Worst HD employee I have ever encountered in more than 20 years!
First my husband walked out of the aisle because he got frustrated with the fact that we had to re explain what kind of wire we needed like 5+ times. At some point when do you call someone who has more understanding to actually help the customer? By the way... He was the SECOND employee already because the 1st didn't have ANY understanding of the cables (Gauge size, number of hots and ground etc), just how to cut them.
As soon as my husband left the aisle I grabbed our cart and began to walk away frustrated as well and I muttered to myself that it would have been nice to know 10 minutes ago that they didn't have what we were looking for. This apparently set him off as he turned around to yell down the aisle at me "You are rude!"
When I asked for his name he taunted me "My name is Bob, call the manager" while thumbing his apron at me. The 1st employee said "I don't know how to call the manager" in response to my request.
After I walked up to the Service Desk to report this, he followed and began to try to move my cart telling me I can't have it where it was (next to other items I was looking at). When I asked him to leave me alone and walk around the other way he said "I'm glad I'm not married to you!"
The only saving grace to the whole situation was the MOD Jacob. He listened to our concerns, allowed us to vent and calm down, then proceeded to be very helpful in making sure we got exactly what we needed for our project. He even stated that we seemed like "nice, reasonable people" after we were working with him. Of course anyone who is treated disrespectfully for no reason will be frustrated and upset.
TLDR: After talking it through, we believe the HD employee was trying to cause a situation that would get him fired so he could collect unemployment.
P.S.
The picture shows him putting his hands on my cart to move it without permission as I was standing there, and you can clearly see that I am not blocking anything as it was pushed up against the rack and he has more than enough space to go around me.

Love this place! Very friendly service & helpful! If they don't have it, they'll call other Home Depots to see who does have it & # in stock! What I love best is their 70% off cart w/lumber, & clearance plants for a few dollars!
