“I can't think of anything to criticize, so I'll give it the full five stars. Nice place to stay and we had a sudden change of plans which caused a scramble for a reservation.”

“We rented the 1 bedroom King and I wasn’t expecting what we got. The room was huge. The hotel was clean and extremely convenient off I5. Considering the price, this is one of my new favorite Hiltons. Make sure to say hi to Kalvin, he is one of the best customer service related people I have ever met. He definitely started our day off on the right foot!Rooms: King 1 bedroom was huge!”

“It is right off the freeway exit 109 so that is very convenient. There isn't much excitement going on in the area, however, anything one might need is within walking distance. The hotel itself is safe and clean and the pool and gym are open 24/7 which is awesome.”

“A friend got us this room for the night. I was impressed how quiet it was. The bed was comfortable and they offered us a delicious, freshly baked excellent tasting chocolate chip cookie when we checked in.The decor was nice and pretty standard. We bought the breakfast and I wouldn't recommend doing that!”

“The hotel looks nice. Went for a company event but I've never staying. It was buitiful inside, the location is a quiet ticked away place. Staff seemed very nice.Nearby activities: There's a park nearby, good trails to walk or run. The hotel is within a short drive to a lot of downtown businesses and shopping.Walkability: Not a lot of businesses within walking distance but they do have a restaurant and bar, food smelled good.”

“Preface: I traveled with two children under the age of 5. Room at checkin: 4/5. When we checked in, the suite had not been thoroughly cleaned. Someone the night prior had been smoking weed, with a joint found in a window and the smoke detectors plugged with toilet paper. I informed management and they promptly took care of the problems in addition to refunding some of the cost of our room. They handled it promptly, courteously, and professionally, at all times putting my family's needs first. My family and I are 100% satisfied with the outcome.Room mid-stay: 3/5. After a while in the suite, it became apparent that it needs a deep cleaning and paint job. Lots of dings, scuffs, etc. Some of the dishware wasn't well cleaned prior to checkin. The HVAC vents all need a cleaning--lots of dust. Location, the specific city block bearing in mind I was traveling with kids: 2/5. There is simply nothing for kids to "do" here without leaving the hotel. In past years I'd let them ride bicycles around the rear parking lot, near the hotel's small parking garage. This year that lot was surrounded by homeless persons and their RVs and garbage.Location, downtown Olympia bearing in mind I was traveling with kids: 5/5. My kids loved walking the lake, seeing the capitol, going to the farmer's market, visiting the Hands On Children's Museum. There is lots for kids to do in downtown if you're prepared to walk.”

“Thank you William for helping us out! For being the only person working the night we stayed, he provided excellent customer service and in a timely manner, sorry for any convenience we caused. As for the hotel itself, the door fell off to the balcony and we had to cancel. But William fixed it promptly, which we appreciate, but we decided to stay with a friend.Thank you William!”
