“Editing 5/24/26—Im decreasing stars for service. After traveling home and reviewing our bill, noticed some charges that did not seem correct. Specifically these are related to the restaurant. I have emailed 3 different addresses provided, chatted online with Hilton and texted the hotel requesting a copy of a receipt. I sent my first message 5/7/26 and have sent 6 follow ups with no response. Completely unacceptable and confirms my suspicions about these charges. Unfortunately we won’t stay here again.
The location in Olympia worked well for our needs. They were just starting construction work across the street so be aware of that. Rooms were sufficient. Disappointed in the breakfast and how the meal credits are handled. Ordered the pancakes and they were raw. Took about 5 minutes to find someone to tell and her response was “oh, I’ll take it off the bill”. No offer to remake or provide an alternative. We were told two different versions of how our daily credits could be used.”

“I spent Valentines night here with my girlfriend while visiting family and the staff and management were absolutely wonderful in accommodating us. I wanted to have the flowers/rose petals I ordered in the room before we checked in and, not only did they do so, but went over the top with a great presentation and extra attention to detail that made our night. The room they gave us was very clean, comfortable, and nice to come back to after a big day with family. We will definitely return next time we come back to Olympia!”
“Walked over from the apartment to enjoy the breakfast buffet at the hotel. There was a good selection of fresh and prepared items. The service was top notch and there were friendly associates at the front desk. I will be back!”

“I really enjoyed the proximity to downtown and the events happening over my stay. When I checked in, the room was incredibly warm. I turned down the AC and left for dinner. I notified the front desk who seemed indifferent but offered me a fan. By coincidence, on my return I ran into the same person in the elevator and asked for an update, “I have no idea” was the response. I melted in the room for my weekend stay and was happy to checkout. Nice view from the room though.”

“The hotel is in a good location with pleanty of parking space. The hotel room is nice and has complimentary breakfast. Some employees though were not friendly or easy to talk to.”
