Ask for Jackson. I paid $290 for a 3 year 800 amp battery which was sucking the second week...at 7 weeks I was convinced they sold me a used battery. Jackson fixed everything in 15 minutes for free. I'm 61 years old, never seen service like this before.

I just had the pleasure of experiencing Becky’s outstanding customer service! She was so friendly and went above and beyond! Not only helping me with a core test but also replacing my battery at a fair price. She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and stress free. They are beyond pleasant to work with and explained everything from why they asked the questions they did and why they wanted to do what was being done. Didn't make me feel at all ignorant for coming in to see why my battery wasn't cranking over. Highly recommend them for your vehicle battery needs.

Today I was parked not even in this business' parking lot but next to the road on the other side of the nail salon which I have been a customer at previously. A heavier set male with thin hair walks out and up to my vehicle and asked me if I worked at the nail salon. To which I replied that I didn't want to speak to him and that I didn't have to answer any of his questions. He kept pushing his questions on me to which I didn't want to speak to him. At that point he was harassing me. He then reached in his pocket for his phone to call the police. Mind u I was sitting in my car on Facebook live doing my makeup when the guy from this battery store started harassing me. A male police officer showed up and asked me if I was a customer at the nail salon to which I replied that I had been previously and offered to show him my bank records. I then asked the officer if the guy harassing me even had authority to tell me to move from the property because it was the nail salons property. He informed me that the man had authority over the nail salons property and that I had to move down the street a bit (literally 3 car lengths away). I heard the man talk about the homeless shelter next door when speaking to the police officer so basically he was trying to insinuate things about me and others because of the homeless shelter. Idk how bad people are running businesses with how bad they are towards people. U seriously took time from work to have me removed for doing my makeup?? And u got paid to do so?? I will be following up and looking into who actually owns the property.

I haven't had my battery long enough to review it, but my interaction with Becky was great. She was very helpful and very pleasant to work with.

Batteries went bad during warranty period. The gentleman said he wont refund or replace them even though its low on amps and readings are bad while giving a good voltage. Been doing this for 20 years just to hear him yapp about how im using a wrong charger. Just sent a loyal customer to Napa

I have shopped this Interstate store for 25 years and never had a bad experience until this week.
On the 18th I came in to buy 2 quad batteries. An employee by the name of Chris went totally out of his way to assist me with removing the old battery from my quad. This involved me dropping my socket down into the bowels of the quad and Chris helping me to fish it out. Great guy. I came back on the 19th to return the 2nd quad battery which didn't fit. I went inside and began to explain to the counter girl Becky, that I needed to trade for another battery. Chris recognized me and walked in to see how he could assist. He was basically accosted verbally by Becky who must be his supervisor.
She interrupted him twice and totally spoke down to him. I almost had words with ger over it and decided to shut up. I was going to order another battery but just decided to have her credit my card and buy it somewhere else, where I wouldn't have to possibly see her. She shouldn't be so disrespectful to her fellow employees. And she sure as heck shouldn't have talked that way around me.
Yes, they have lots of batteries, but they have taken away all of the bits and pieces from inside the main door. It's just a blank room. They have all the parts there somewhere but you'd better know exactly what you need.

Been having battery problems for a while. Called this place twice to no avail just to find out their power was out lol. Good thing I was able to get a jump and drive up there. I had great service from a team member by the name Chris and a short blonde lady i want to say was the manager. My car has been rolling the since so thank you guys for your service
