These guys are great! Have taken both a Denali and Outback to them for repairs. They are honest, know what they are doing and reasonable pricing. They are pretty busy, but both times our cars were taken care of quickly. Highly recommend Robert, Rob, Kris @ Interstate!!!

Horrible and extremely rude customer service on every end. Was treated like a fool and got not respect. Was not worth the time and money spent there! It was a ridiculous amount paid for very little feedback and work done! Would not recommend for anyone to come here. Meineke in Olympia was free of charge for an inspection where as interstate automotive charged over $180 to inspect. ?

Car needed an urgent repair and they helped us right away. That is where the good ends, it took hour for a quick job and the entire time they talked about there political views and they said that I was brainwashed by the government. It was DIFFICULT to share my opposing view points when the owner was carrying a loaded gun on his belt. Not only that, but they up charged me by over 50 percent. This place is hell for on earth and if you love god you should not come here.

NOT A SAFESPACE FOR CHILDREN BIPOC LBGTAIQ+Called about a quote for a window repair and the arrogant ignorant man who answered replies with he’s not a psychic . Asked if there was a diagnostic fee he explains how they diagnose and ends without stating fee instead of assuming there isn’t one I continue to lead this conversation with this dummy of a businessman and asked if there’s a fee for that and he responds with “do we do work for free ? No we don’t” so I hung up because who talks like that to a paying customer ? I’ll be sure to tell everyone I can to not take their business here this man’s arrogance alone is enough to stay away . He probably hits women .

Please read this entire thing of words. In no way do I politically believe in anything these people say although I respect them because they're not d*** and they have their right to have political beliefs putting that aside if I handed a wrench to somebody and said please work on my car I'd hand them a ranch. I believe these people believe in solid work and keeping people safe we have to pay what we have to pay and I don't think they're going to try and screw you there and if they do that's their fault but if we put politics aside and look for a good mechanic I think you should go there it's kind of nutty what is it in life and I'm not necessarily politically aligned again at all but I just want my car to run right and I believe they'll do itServices: General repairs & maintenance

I'd give this shit ass shop 0 if I could, my gf truck came in here for a trans and when she had issues with it the guy was a total dick when it came to anything involving warranty, on top of that they messed up a atf line that they had to replace, that should have been under the warranty but they charged anyway even though it was their fault on why it failed, latter on down the road I just put a transfer case in because it wouldn't work, come to find out that they failed to hook up the vacuum lines that you can only put on one way,WRONG how tf dose that happen, go anywhere else but here guys are a joke and don't have a clue

Took my Ford Fusion Titanium to Interstate Automotive, I requested a full break job front and back. They did awesome job, I would definitely recommend to any friends or family. The owner is probably the most straightforward and honest guy and won't b******* you.

Charged me $200 just to tell me my transmission was fine and they couldn’t figure out what the electrical problem was. Claimed they took the whole truck apart just to get me that non answer but I sat and watched them just drive it around the block. Essentially charged me to make my truck smell like cigarettes and give me a false report. Took it to a professional dealer who showed me the actual transmission issues. The guys at this place don’t know what they’re talking about, and when I asked if they could lower the charge since they did literally nothing, and it was veteran’s day and I’m active duty, the guy knocked off a few bucks and then sarcastically said, “Not like you’re rich or anything” as if I owed them some kind of charity. Save your money and time and take your vehicle to actual professionals. A jiffy lube is a step up from this place.Service: Transmission

Have been taking my vehicle there for auto and truck repair for many years.Service required and or repairs have been extremely well done no hassle or up sale or unnecessary repair or work and parts needed ect ect. ..staff and especially the owner has been honest and very professional and up front and this shop has always backed up the work to your satisfaction.
