“I can't say I'm a huge fan of big banks and/or predatory practices but it was easy to forget all that when I went to this Wells Fargo for the first time. I was actually there to close an old account we haven't used in over 2 years and was met with such unexpectedly great customer service from Nicole. She noticed that our account had been slowly drained over the last 2 years of monthly service fees and quickly reversed what she could and escalated the matter without us even asking (although I would have asked) AND the executive case manager also did not disappoint. Definitely made me consider opening an account there one day again.”
