Took my 2005 Fleetwood RV into them for an oil change. They did a check on everything and told me the generator was leaking fuel. We asked them to find the leak. Well , it took them over 2 hours to find the leak then told me it was a stripped fitting and the fuel line had to be replaced at $2700....i questioned it, why would it take so long to find the leak and let them know we just returned from a trip with no problems... but got a big attitude when I questioned then. Then to find out they disconnected all the fuel lines from the generator when I picked it up. So , I finally took it to another RV shop, they said there was nothing wrong, that they could find, they replaced the filter, and hooked up all the fuel lines, with no leaks and now the generator is running....so were they trying to get mo re money from me or???... I will never return to the Olympia Freightliner, after being told from another shop, there was nothing wrong, they just had to hook it back up..... and i don't want to be yelled at again when questioning them

I like this place becuase they're very knowledgeable and straight shooters but also don't treat you like a dummy. Seems like they genuinely want to help you out regardless of how much money you're spending. I had them inspect a used vehicle I purchased and they did a very thorough job (and super quick), answered my follow up questions, helped me prioritize. Much appreciated yall!

My old trucks water pump went out and I thought it needed a head gasket and I felt that the clutch was weak. I thought it would be between $4-5000 to fix, so I called the junk yard and they said they would give me $440 for it. Jack and Eddie told me to bring it in and they would look at it for me. They replaced a couple of coils and spark plugs with some maintenance, it runs better that before! $760, can't tell you how happy was, because of today prices of cars. Thank you guys, you are the best! Lonnie

Here is a service shop that does good work but they replace parts that don't need replaced. It is always a problem when the incentive is to replace parts bc that's where the money is made. Most shops the mechanic gets a share if the parts replacement parts.

Been our preferred shop for 21 years! When Bret first owner worked on my 1990 Honda in 2001. Eddie works the best front counter I have ever seen in a shop. Delivers on promises and informs with clear information. Jack goes the extra mile even fixing things other shops have messed up with no extra charges. Exceptional master mechanics!! Keep up the great work guys??

Had a terrible experience here about a month ago. I told the mechanic I was heading on a road trip to Mexico. I asked him to look it over and he came up with over 3000 dollars in repairs. I paid it. He supposedly did everything. I then take my car to Les Schwab a day or two before I’m leaving on my trip and they tell me that there is a leaking boot and other issues they can plainly see with the tire off. This was work that Madrona also charge me for and said that the did that as part of the 3000 dollars bill. They call him fast Eddie for a reason I guess. Talks a million miles an hour and was rude on the phone. He said he was going to call les schwab after he hung up on me and called back. I told him the location to call and never heard a thing. I promised him I would write this if he didn’t make it right. Well “fast Eddie” I hope you don’t pull a fast one on anymore customers. What a slime ball to do that when a family it driving to Mexico! How unsafe, unprofessional and morally wrong. Take you vehicle elsewhere!!!!!

My transmission broke down a few miles from Jack’s Madrona Autoworks. After I got it towed there, they said they’d get in touch with my warranty company and keep me updated. Eddie and Jack kept in touch with constant updates until my vehicle was back in running condition. They did a lot in regards to staying in contact and negotiating with my warranty company. If you need anything done in Olympia, put Jack’s Madrona Autoworks at the top of your list. ??????????

Jack was able to get my car in to get an estimate for me to apply for a scholarship from the local community college. While in the shop, I had an oil change done. I'm very happy with the estimate and the oil change. Sadly, the scholarship was nowhere enough to make all the car repairs, so I just left the car as is for now. That being said, I'm planning on dropping my other piece of crap car off on Friday for a clutch repair if I can get a phone estimate first so as not to be too surprised by the repair cost. Thanks, Jack!!

Jack's is a gift to our local community - as is Jack & his team. Effecient, educational with patience & no question too big or too small. Prices very reasonable. Our family mechanic!
