I just wanted to get on here to rave about Parris Chiarani as she is such a talented beautician. She truly cares about taking excellent care of you when you are in her chair. She pays attention to what you want and knows her craft so well. I took my ten year old daughter to get a cut from Parris and she really went above and beyond to take care of my kiddo. We will stay loyal to her because she is crazy talented.

Worst Store Ever. As we were at the jewelry department the actual manager was waiting on us helping my grandson and his fiancé get wedding bands a few minutes later she just turned around and walked away and said to the new sales person I’ll be back never came back . She had even measured their fingers . New salesperson finally asked if we needed something. Confused I said well that sounds person I thought was ordering their wedding bands and she said oh she should be right back . We waited 15 minutes for her to come back she never returned later she returned with a male sales rep and just walked right past us didn’t even acknowledge us . so we ended up having to have another customer service representative help us . which was very overwhelming . The kids are already picked out the rings and she kept Thomas or I can’t order those they don’t come in your size and so we went to the website why were standing there we were able to order them or self and she said well let me try again and finally was able to order the rings after being there for over an hour. I’ve been trying to call the store since Sunday nobody picks up the phone it’s ridiculous

Ordered on line a sweater jacket, 4XL, pick up at the Olympia Store. Got it home tried it one and the end of the zipper is just about to my knees. Looked at the size label on the plastic wrap and it says 4XLT. The person picking the product at the distribution center did not bother to read and ship the correct size. Now I have to take it back to the store and deal with the hassle. Oh and slim pickings of merchandise in the JC Penny store at Capitol Mall, reminds me of what Sears looked like before they went belly up. So it won't be long and JC Penny will more than likely be closing.

Really bad experience shopping. The cashiers were not friendly and the lead was assertive admitted wrong pricing and then proceeded to mention that she wasn’t honoring a price that was very clearly marked as $14.99. Checked back today and prices were still incorrectly marked. Blamed the price mistake on the merchandising team, such a great way of throwing “your” team under the bus. Overall a horrible experience with an unprofessional and immature “manager”. Explains why JCPen

I recommend that you do not ask for assistance from the Manager Teresa at the Olympia Mall store. There was a sign for the very item, brand, and price point that I wanted to buy for 40% off. The item did not ring up correctly, and although the same item is online for 70% off, Teresa did not give the 40% specified on the rack sign.

So, I was a previous customer at Regis, and found one of my now all time favorite stylists. I was very pleased to find that she (Crystal) is now part of the JCP Salon Family. She is a keeper; thanks for having a passion for what you do....It makes the difference in my book!
