I gave my credit card to one employee and another brought it back... not cool and probably illegal. How many people handled my card?
Took 3 people to open my hood, 2 to open my oil cap. Also took over a half hour
Im going to look at competition. Not worth the $120 you guys charge. I've come here since it was 60 bucks

I moved south from Seattle 2 years ago, the Jiffy Lube at 2424 Harrison in West Olympia has earned my business by being professional, efficient, effective, and friendly. I so appreciate how they do business here, I don't want or need to be UPSOLD at every visit (looking at you, Seattle area jiffy lubes).
