Bought shoes there (the employee was fantastic and super helpful and friendly) and ended up needing to exchange them. Different employee this time and they acted so inconvenienced by me even being there and needing their help.Definitely won’t go back into the store if I see her working.

Do not buy from here! My son got a pair of shoes and wore them outside, finding out that they hurt his feet. Journeys won’t return or exchange anything unless they can resell it. Shoes worn outside are not returnable apparently. Just know that if you buy something from them, someone else has possibly already worn it.

Received a pair of shoes from my bf & they just didn’t work for me. Didn’t wear them, had the original receipt and gift receipt. I wanted cash back to go to another store that carried the style of shoes I wanted. I was told by the store clerk that they don’t do cash refunds at all, even if it was purchased with cash or debit card. I could only get credit back onto my debit card (which was stolen & I’m waiting for a new card) or a store credit. I didn’t bother to check the receipt until I got home (smh) and on it, it says full refunds. Yet, I was denied with a valid receipt. I drove across town for this. Other closest store is in Tacoma. I think I’ll just do my business elsewhere for shoes with better return policies.

I have shopped here many times. A sales lady asked if I was looking for anything in particular. I told her that I was looking for a no show sock that won’t show under Toms. I showed her the Toms that I was wearing. She convinced me that one pair of socks would work and told me the socks would go just passed my toes. I also looked at another kind that looked like they didn’t go up as high on the foot, but she told me the other pair were better assuring me that they would work,So I paid for them, then tried one sock over the sock I was wearing, and sure enough that sock went waaaay to high for Toms shoes. I said, “These don’t work with Toms, I’ll just exchange them with the other socks. They refused because the package was opened. No sign saying all sales were final even when I was lied to and hadn’t even left the store.Lost my business from there on out over $10.00 socks. But hey, if they are that greedy so be it. They sure had no problem taking my money.

Purchased a pair of converse without trying on (my fault). Got home and tried them on to realize they were too small and too narrow. Went to exchange and was told they were too scuffed to accept. There was a noticeable scuff on one shoe but that could not possibly have been caused by me trying them on? I reviewed their return policy before heading to the store thinking I'd be okay to exchange. Not sure what to do with a $60 pair of shoes that don't fit.

0. was in store alone (me and the 2 workers ) stood in store for 20 minutes with 0 help, watched the women (higher up) dry brush a pair of display shoes for 10 minutes after asking me if she could help me while i was holding the display shoe i needed to try on. when i told her i needed help with a size i was completely ignored. was going to buy 2-3 pairs of shoes, walked out empty handed absolutely shocked. i work in the service industry i understand how it can be but being blatantly ignored is unacceptable... not impressed

My 6 year old went in and shyly asked a salesman if they sold Heelys. The salesman treated my son as if he was the most important customer there. He showed him the options, put the wheels in for him and demonstrated how to use his new shoes. Great customer service.
