Came to get multiple rings cleaned and Brianna was such a a huge help. She even went above and beyond and gave me some good tips and tricks to keep my rings clean.Brianna definitely deserves a raise.

First off, I had bought a ring for me and my husband’s anniversary as a gift to him. Fatima, the sales manager, helped me way beyond the normal. She helped me with the ring selection, style, inscription and pricing. Not only did she do that, but she was also very punctual and prompt and made my anniversary gift perfect. She made sure to meet a deadline way ahead of schedule and kept me informed every step of the way, even reaching out to me when a question arose. I would highly recommend this jewelry store to anybody in the market, as this will always be my first go to store when looking for the perfect gift!

Military BEWARE!!! Went there was charged TWICE for the same purchase. Said it was a bank issue but NOPE they charged me twice been almost 2 weeks still NO MONEY BACK!!! Horrible experience!

I already wrote a review but I can't find it so I am writing another. This review is for the Lapeer Michigan store. I have religiously gone to that store since 2018 to get my past purchases checked and cleaned. Every once in awhile, I will buy something. My latest purchase was not a good choice for me so I went Kay's online store to find trade-in options. I walked into the store and the manager took one look at me and went on break. Then when the girl helping me couldn't answer my question, she said I would have to talk to the manager. So am I supposed to wait around for him to come back from break? How ridiculous! So I didn't get an answer as to why I couldn't do a trade on the items I saw on-line. I always felt the salespeople had arrogant attitudes but I had been happy with Kay's until now. I am done shopping there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband bought another wedding band to match my ring set and it doesn’t even match. The sales lady convinced him it matched and it doesn’t even line up with my bands. I had the rings resized and waited 2+ weeks for it. Just to find out the band sits as high as my big diamond ring. Then to top it off, the ring that matched my band is online!!! The sales lady never offered to look online to get the one that matches. They won’t give me an exchange or store credit for something else even though the ring has not been worn. I didn’t even want a refund just an exchange. I’ve been a customer of this Kay’s for a while and I will never again shop here. The sales people are only about making money and not matching the jewelry. The ring was $700 and now I’m stuck with something that doesn’t match and I hate. To top it off, the ring is still being sold at Kay for more than what my husband got it for. There’s no reason an exchange cannot be done. They will still make their money from the original sale and resell the ring that is still in stock.

My husband bought another wedding band to match my ring set and it doesn’t even match. The sales lady convinced him it matched and it doesn’t even line up with my bands. I had the rings resized and waited 2+ weeks for it. Just to find out the band sits as high as my big diamond ring. Then to top it off, the ring that matched my band is for sale online only!!! The sales lady never offered to look online to get the one that matches. They won’t give me an exchange or store credit for something else even though the ring has not been worn and we were lied to by the sales rep. I’ve been a customer of this Kay’s for a while and I will never again shop here. The sales people are only about making money and not about customer service. I called customer service today and they opened a case. Hopefully this can get resolved. My rings after sending them to get resized came back all screwed up. Not perfectly round, the sauder was done only at the base of the bands and not all the way up the sides like before and there were a bunch of gaps. And they didn’t center the rings to match. They were all lop sided. The new ring isn’t perfectly round and is missing a chunk out of it. I asked for a warranty replacement and they declined it. Now 2 rings are sent back out to get fixed. The customer service line for Kay tells you something different than the store and it’s extremely frustrating. The ring was $700 and now I’m stuck with something that doesn’t match and I hate. The sales person who helped my husband has an id of 000214502. I highly recommend you don’t get her since she just wants to rip people off and lie to them. I asked for a store manager and was declined the option. This Kay store is a freaking joke.

Went in for an exchange and was totally ignored when my husband asked how the sales associate was doing.. when I mentioned it to my husband the sales associate made a comment under her breath about some one being before us.. she could have acknowledged us and said we'd be helped in one moment rather than being nasty to us..
