Long story short: great art, terrible customer service.I submitted a request for a business card design through their website. I never got a confirmation email nor had I heard anything from Kraken Design. I finally called them a few weeks later to hear they received my request but hadn't gotten to it yet. A few weeks go by, I call again. They finished my design but didn't email it to the right address. I got the email, asked for one adjustment to the design and never heard from them again. I called multiple times and left multiple voicemails. I emailed multiple times but had not received a response. It's been over 3 weeks and I have not heard anything from Kraken Design via email nor phone.The artwork was great and it's a shame we couldn't finish out the project but unfortunately the customer service element just wasn't present. I hope they can adjust this issue for future customers.

I have emailed and called numerous times with no reply. Terrible/nonexistant customer service.

Best business card designs on the west coast! Kraken Design has always been very prompt with my orders and their level of design quality is way above their competitors. I consider them the best design value I have found in years and always refer my friends to Kraken. Great customer service!

I placed an order 7/18/2018 and paid for my order. Still waiting for my order to be delivered. Kraken will not answer numerous emails. You can not reach their office by phone. Please do not order from this company. They are crooks.
