I am a frequent fainter when it comes to bloodwork, so hopefully this review will hit more heavily with that context when I say that I had a truly fantastic time with the folks at this Labcorp. I would go back again just for the good time! 🙂
I've usually had good experiences with the phlebotomists at other locations, but this one was next level. I was greeted by the most joyful, welcoming, kind staff--all of them. Debbie, who drew my blood, was warm, reassuring, professional but laid back, and did everything she possibly could have to ensure a wonderful experience. I felt so taken care of both in bedside manner and the skill of the draw itself--barely noticeable!
To Debbie and the whole rest of the team (including the woman who chatted with me about lipstick), thank you! 🥰

Very professional, go here every few months due to a medical condition I have and have never had a bad jab during a blood test. Does get quite busy so the earlier in the day the better.

Extremely poor service. Left a message and no response. Delayed test results but no communication. Had to cancel provider appointment because the results were not in. I’d never go back to this office

I will be going here again. I completely HATE getting my blood drawn. I ask multiple questions and tend to pass out, I’m not sure how you spell her name correctly but Lauren was the best! Absolutely patient,reassuring and calming, she will do her best to make sure you’re comfortable. I didn’t get to experience my time with other workers but they as well seemed very sweet, everybody is always laughing in there, a very good vibe. And no I did not pass out this time! Lauren made sure I knew to just focus on my breathing.

I will not be going back. After two weeks my doctor still did not have my results back!!! At this point, I have no idea where my blood tests are! I’m thinking they got lost, but whatever, there is no excuse for taking this long! After they take the blood, it is sent away to Seattle and the lab is never given the results!

Nobody at the front desk, waiting forever and even though employees walked by nobody stopped to help me. Ended up having to just leave. Would not recommend.
