A great health care location and a great lab. This place takes care of my preventative medicine as well as urgent care. They also have a labcorp on site as well as several test/imaging functions. It's a great all-in-one place. Everyone is helpful, nice and caring. Never have to wait long, always had good care. Nothing bad to say at all.

Computer system went down and staff was unwilling to take patients in the order they arrived and rather passed a clipboard down the full and cramped hallway. Lack of professional tones from staff and clearly understaffed. Left without being seen.

I’ve had 2 appointments with Labcorp to have blood drawn. Both times their computer was down, so they needed paper orders instead of digital. No notification at all that they couldn’t accept digital orders until you are standing there to check in. What a waste of time.

Overall Labcorp has a terrible business model. They take your blood and money, test it, and then refuse to give you the results. They say it is a HIPAA matter but they are lying. I have been a medical provider for the past 25+ years and I cannot get my results. This is commonly known as fraud. I have made multiple requests in various ways and it is now time to think about a lawsuit. Please use anyone else.

So quick, so clean, pleasant and experienced phlebotomist.
I am grateful I ignored the low ratings. This place was great! To add on a later date, not even five days past, but I've received ALL lab tests and screenings back within nearly 72 hours. Pretty great!

Was told I would get results same day. Here we are 3 days later with still no results. When calling got an attitude about “you need to be a provider to get the results over phone or just wait.”

I've had a bad experience every time I've had to go here. Today was no different. If you can go somewhere else, I highly recommend avoiding this place.

No signs stating they are inside this Providence marked building. Way too difficult to find for what it should be.

Trying to drop off a specimen. You can't just give it to them in a sealed envelope. You have to check in at the kiosk, which says you can't check in because they're closed for lunch. The clerk says we're having computer issues, just hit make an appointment. You then have to either scan your ID (which didn't work) or manually enter your personal information. When you try to enter your address, be careful because it may just pick some random place. When you get to select an appointment time, you have to pick nothing. ??? Fine, I'm dropping it off at the Post Office.
This is the 2nd time I've been here in less than a year. Both visits were abysmal. Poor customer service, always blamed on computer problems, long wait times.

Was sent to get bloodwork done after a doctor's visit in the same building at 4:30pm and the staff were trying to close early and turned me away after I had taken a day off of work for the visit. As a customer noted in another review, "Total disregard for people’s time, zero concept of what customer service means."
