I have been going to this lab for years as a walk-in. Staff is always helpful, professional, and friendly. They also have a kiosk for checking in which is very easy to use making it very efficient. I walked in around 8:45 and I was done and walking out by 9:00.
I highly recommend this lab especially now when the medical field seems to be treating patients more as a number then a person. I appreciate the human interaction.

I made an appointment for 3:30 today. I arrived at 3:11 and checked into the kiosk, it said it couldnāt locate my drivers license but to have a seat and someone will call me shortly. So I sat down and checked in through the link for my appointment on my phone. During this time the employee at the front desk was helping someone else for around 20 minutes before helping another person waiting behind her. The employee went to the back, and then at 4:00 calls my name, tells me I needed to be here by 3:15 and that sheās not staying to do my 1 hour glucose test because they close at 4:30. I said I was here and checked in at 3:15, she said the computer shows 3:30. That was a blatant lie. I understand being busy, but that is why I made an appointment the day prior. Donāt make the patient suffer for your own disorganization.

Fantastic service - these two ladies are SO skilled, so kind, and patient. I always come here for my blood draws, and will not go anywhere else! And this is coming from a doctor - 10 stars, no question.

had to wait an hour for an appointment i scheduled online, talked to 4 different lab techs multiple times asking what was taking so long. Only after an HOUR did a lab tech bother to tell me they didn't have my appointment on file. Worst service ever.

The gals working here are great! I wish they had a way to allow you to check in before they actually open at 8am. This might help their staff. My observation after using Labcorp several times is the kiosk style sign in doesn't work well for many older adults. Not everyone is tech savvy. It definitely creates a bottleneck in the process. The staff is very quick, efficient, and kind.

I had cancer a number of years ago and now get regular check ups, usually blood work, to ensure it's not back. LabCorp does my blood work. It's super easy see them with out an appointment. Hardly ever any wait. I'll add, much easier than to use MultiCare's lab at Capital Medical Center. The phlebotomists are very nice and "painless". Within 24 - 48 hours the results are available to your doc The other thing I like is that you can register online. You can see the test results in advance of the doctor's appointment.

My doctor wanted me to use a Labcorp location for some testing. I was concerned after seeing the multiple low ratings. The front desk staff aren't overtly friendly however, they did accommodate me for an order they could not find. I am giving them four stars as I think three is too low. You will want to note they have limited hours and close their doors for lunch break.

They're very efficient, usually in and out in a timely manner and very professional. They, however, haven't updated their hours for most of the clinic sites since the beginning of the pandemic on search sites.
