Very nice people that work very hard to make you happy. My nails feel very natural and comfortable. I have also had pedicures here and they are very gentle. I take my 83 yr old mother for pedicures here and they are very kind and helpful to her It is a very busy place which should tell you also how awesome they are.

The absolute best nail place in town. They are dedicated to their craft with specific people to do a fill and then a painter to fulfill all your social media inspirations.
It can be a wait sometimes, so if you’re in a hurry- don’t make it there (or other customers’) problem. Plan accordingly. The attention to detail is worth the wait.

I’ve been a customer for a little over two years, and Lacey Nails is always consistently great. Su, is always gentle and careful with my nails. BT and Paula are also fantastic, and skilled at detailed designs.
10/10 recommend this place of you’re looking to get your nails done in the Lacey/Oly area!

I have been here several times in the past and had a good experience, however,I just went on a Friday and got the chrome polish. This consists of a black undercoat and whatever color powder you want over the top. I went on Friday and by Sunday after noon,the black was already showing on the tips of my nails. Never had such a bad job done on my nails,I will not be going back

I was recommended this salon by someone because I just moved to the area and it easily became my go to salon. Every single time I go, I have the best experience. My nails always look amazing, I feel great, they are so kind & welcoming inside. Every time my mom comes to town she wants to come with me because she loves this salon!

It is with a heavy heart that I write this review and will not be returning to LN. Having been a loyal customer with really great experiences the majority of the time over the span of more than 10 years, the last several visits (with the exception of one with Rose), I have felt rushed through as a commodity, have felt a noticeable decrease in the calm, connected vibe the place has had up until last month, and quality vs cost shock with regard to pedicures specifically. Although, it is worth mentioning that my most recent manicure also has had some issues with the color, disregard of concern with shape, and noticeable inconsistency that makes no sense to me for the talent that did my work.
I hope whatever is going on can find it's peace, but for me, it's time to move on.

Woww!! I’m from Tri-cities, WA and I told my husband we’ll need to drive up to come here for my nails😂
They got me in a chair and started working on my nails the second I walked in. I got a fill but was missing 2 nails that had fallen off. And I showed a picture of a inspo online.
I was calculating all the costs in my head thinking it would be at least $90.
It was $60!! Like whaatt🙀🤗

It wasn't the service that made me give the 3*, it was the total amount I paid for just a gel application + builder.
I mean not even the cuticles were removed and this is despite the fact that the rates are on the board but upon payment the rate completely changed by 2 times really!
Otherwise the nail technicians were professional and friendly.
Requested style: I believe she did understand I just wanted a plain gel application plus the builder.
Cleanliness: The spa was really clean.
Stylist: Very professional and polite and friendly.
