Website indicates open for new accounts. I sent an email to request services with no response. Over a week later I called on the phone and after being put on hold for about 5 minutes I was told that they are not taking new clients. Sounds like they are not interested in clients at all. Moved on.

While competently preparing my taxes, mister Layton made his political stance incredibly clear by interspersing his work with me with his personal opinions on the benefits of Republican taxation and politics. Personally, I just wanted a tax preparer who understood the functions of their job and did not subject me their dissertation on the virtues of conservativism. Needless to say I didn’t return the following year.

My husband dropped off his paperwork for his taxes a month ago, he is yet to do the taxes. Then I had to drop off my own paperwork because we decided to do our taxes together. I asked to speak to Tim to explain the situation with my taxes. He came out looking at me like an unwanted animal. He then condensendingly told me he doesn't have time to hear anything I had to say. He had a lot of other things to do. Worst tax service you'll ever get in Olympia.

My husband dropped his tax paperwork a month ago, his taxes are yet to be done. I dropped off paperwork today and tried to explain the situation with my taxes and the owner, Tim, condensendingly said he didn't have time. He said he had other things to do. Pretty sure he would've treated me differently if I was white and male.

Best experience ever. I had taken my taxes to someone else that had them for a month. I picked them up and took them to Tim. He had them done within a day. Stayed late on a Saturday for me to pick them up and came in Sunday so we could drop off the signed copies. So amazing! I will be seeing them next year.
