I’ve had issues with my tire sensors aging. I called Firestone and was quoted over $600 for parts and labor to fix 3 of them. Les Schwab on Plum got it done for $170. I won’t be going anywhere else for tire help ☺️

I was greeted asap I walked through the door. The waiting lobby was busy, but everyone had a place to sit and a staff person to help them, you don't have to wait for someone. The waiting room was clean and a variety of chairs / tables. I had my tire rotated. I asked the life of the tires and the staff person took the time to explain tread, how it was measured and the life my tires had left. I have been with Les Schwab for years - no decades, and have always appreciated their service attitude towards the customers. If it is bad news they will explain with all the details and why it happen. If it is good news they will explain with a smile!!

He led my brakes for free and found nothing wrong. Determined squeaky brakes resulted from a build up of dirt which they cleaned, again, for free. This is consistent with the high quality service I, my wife and kids have long enjoyed from Les Schwab.

A different Les Schwab couldn't find the slow leak in my tire. Brought it in after a month of refilling the tire every week and they found the leak in 10 minutes. Super happy and right before the holidays!

They have the best customer service downtown on Plum Street. I stopped going to the one on Marvin Road because they lacked it.
