These people that work here need to go to a training coarse, including management. Very inexperienced, and have very poor attitudes when called on their many mistakes.The only reason to give a one star rating is because there is no option for 0 stars.They don’t seem take take into consideration that they are dealing with peoples lives when they are involved with your tires, brakes, and front end parts. BEWARE

Made an appt with Les Schwab through their website, super easy. Took my car in for a problem but they weren’t able to fix it, they tried to help but it need to be dealt with through the dealership. They were honest and did not charge me for this service despite spending time to help diagnosis this problem. We will definetly be coming back to buy our tires and future services with this site.

This is a professional operation with skilled and engaged employees and leadership, a really well-run shop. The level of service at Les Schwab is so good that there is no reason to go anywhere else for automotive service - much better than any dealership I have used, especially in the honesty department.

Service staff don't necessarily care what you have come to the location for specifically.... They care about the upsell, seemingly. How can they sell you new tires or wheels and get the most money out of you possible seems to be the scheme here... not true customer service.

We sent one of our trucks in to have the brakes looked at, and then received an invoice for over two thousand dollars. Apparently, our van with 100K miles needed new calipers, pads, rotors turned, new brake fluid, etc.. My issue isn't necessarily with the service or the pricing, the problem is that they didn't call us to get authorization to do the repairs. Then when I called to talk to the person in charge (assistant manager), he was defensive and didn't seem interested in resolving the issue. I reminded him that we've always required authorization from management, and that our account should be noted/flagged so this doesn't happen again. He just seemed to be dismissive, like it was our problem and not his.. Hopefully this review leads to more thorough training for him in the art of customer service.

Had an appointment to purchase tires for three days ahead of time. The day of, I arrive to find the tires were not available. The desk clerk also asked me if my Honda accord was rwd. I will never step foot in another establishment.
