Merchandise is good. Good deals and decent stuff. But i gotta say the person who runs it is not a nice person. She clearly cares about art more than people or customer service. Im chronically ill and hardly get a chance to get out because of it. I came in on a low day, wore a mask and used hand sanitizer and kept to myself. When i asked for the hand sanitizer she did give me some but was quite rude about it. She said she had no immune system and kept shooting me dirty looks. I bought 50 dollars worth of stuff and then starting feeling dizzy and wanted some water and to sit down on a chair and she got quite aggressive and accused me of loitering and said people would come in to do crafts. I wanted to do crafts. Im not feeling particularly well and I got dropped off. She had no sympathy for me, and called a paying customer a loiterer which is very rude. I like the store, i hope it stays around for awhile. But she needs to figure out whatever herself. 0/5 customer service. 4/5 merchandise.

I heard about this store on Google maps and came to browse their secondhand items. This store has a various amount of secondhand fabrics, notions, yarns, crochet, knitting, embroidery, cross stitch, papercrafts, and other supples, along with secondhand craft-related books.Everything was nicely organized.They also have bolts of new fabrics as well. It's a lovely shop, I'd definitely come back and shop here again.

I love Lost and Found Crafts! They have a variety of second hand supplies including fabric, books, and patterns. They also have new fabric and notions and such. The employees are generally friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I'm always happy to spend my money at this local business.

Great little shop...can use some inventory. It would be worth it to me to find out how to donate. Except I'm still crafting. ;-) I'll be back for the next project.
