Customer service and masseuse was great! The introduction price was fair, the 2nd visit would have been a ridiculous price, so that is why I only give 4 stars. They really push the being a member.

I've called this spa before to schedule but they've always been dry with me so I schedule instead in Tacoma or Puyallup. I called this spa in Olympia twice today. First this morning just to see if there were any openings/cancellations for a stretch and massage. Surprisingly there was an opening so I scheduled a 30-min stretch and 60-min massage for 8/17. I had an existing appointment for the same 8/16 an hour away in Puyallup and wanted to see if I can get service closer to home. I phoned the spa in Puyallup to cancel but they were very accommodating and offered to fit me in as early as tomorrow 8/7 so I decided to go there for my stretch and massage. I called the Olympia spa back again an hour later to get just a 30-min stretch (possibly a facial) and to cancel the massage. The receptionist Grace who enthusiastically scheduled my first appointment also answered the 2nd call and told me she could not keep my 8/17 appointment for a stretch only, without the massage, which was confusing but ok. Silence. I asked if there were any other openings for stretch only and she simply said no. Silence. So I asked 'so you don't offer stretch only?' and she said there wasn't anything until October. Silence. I guess she gave up on doing her job in that moment? I dunno but it was super awkward. The lack of help, problem solving, lack of explanation, lack of customer service was very off-putting and questionable. Olympia badly needs a crash course in overcoming their entitlements and learning to better connect and serve their clients/customers/patrons. Learn to upsell. Learn to better communicate and not be so cold, dry, and closed-off. This sadly has been a recurring theme for me in Olympia. I'm mindful about where I spend my money cause a dollar is a vote. I'd like to contribute to the community I live in as well as the businesses who share my mission. Sadly many Olympia businesses like this are losing my vote. Do better.

I have had a membership here for about 7 months now and have enjoyed almost every experience I have had. Out of the 4 massage therapists I have had 3 of them have been amazing. The 4th wasn't bad she just used a hot towel without asking and I don't like heat. Ladies at the front counter are always nice and helpful. The only issue I have with this location is that they book full REALLY FAST!! So do not ever attempt to do a walk-in at this location. You will almost never get seen the same day.

I couldn't get an appointment for many months. The therapist only massaged my shoulders! $150.00 wasted! I have gone to this location 3 times, always a disappointment.

All the therapists I have had listened to my issues and customized my treatment. They are short staffed so getting an appointment isn't always easy.

Very difficult to schedule a massage. They are booked out months in advance. Which sucks for me because I have a membership (I got the membership when I lived in another state) that charges me whether I have massages or not. I did have a great massage with Martina, who I got lucky, had a cancellation, so I was able to use one of my accruing membership credits. However, when I went to book again with her she had no availability for at least two months. I didn't ask for later than two months. They don't use the Massage Envy app for booking, so you have to call in. Which isn't the end of the world, but one of the reasons I bought a membership was how consistent and convenient the process was. I wouldn't recommend getting a membership if you live in Olympia because your credits will accrue faster than you can use them, but if you get lucky and can get in with Martina for an nonmembership massage, go for it!

Got a massage for my girlfriend, and we were impressed. Helpful and friendly staff with experienced masseuses that can quickly help you relax or workout those tough knots and pain points!

My gift certificate package also came with a handful of promo cards worth $25 each. Come to find out they’re only valid for two or three months from the date of purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never ever ever recommend this place to anybody, especially if you’re willing to pay for a massage. Shoot even if it’s free I wouldn’t recommend it. Go down the street to the Foot Massage Place in the goodwill center, probably the best massage I’ve ever had for half the price.

I cannot say enough horrible things about this place. If I hadn't received a gift card worth five sessions, I would never return here again. It's almost tempting to not even bother with the free massages that I do have. First of all they were booked out over six months when I received my gift certificate. 6 months!! Ever since then every time I try to book something it's at least three+ months out. They have almost no therapist willing to work here and the few that they do have are absolutely horrible. The first three massages I had with someone were the worst massages I've ever had. I basically felt like I was being rubbed down by my grandma. There was absolutely no massage to it, it's as if she was just applying lotion to my body. I specifically requested to never have her again, and the two times I showed up after, surprise surprise she was my therapist. I finally had someone different this last time, she was better but still not great. Very rushed massage. My gift certificate package also came with a handful of promo cards worth $25 each. Come to find out they're only valid for two or three months from the date of purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never ever ever recommend this place to anybody, especially if you're willing to pay for a massage. Shoot even if it's free I wouldn't recommend it. I love Massage Envy. My therapist is a gem. She has been incredibly helpful in relieving the stickiness and pain of a frozen shoulder. I read many of the other reviews and was interested to hear some of the negative comments like a non-member with a gift card who couldnt book an appointment on their chosen days. ME is so popular, and rightly so, because they are so good that I book a month in advance to be sure I can get in with my preferred therapist. So I'm not surprised that someone could not get a nearly immediate appointment... member or not. Additionally, someone complained about the atmosphere. I don't know about anyone else but when I'm having a massage my criteria is that it's a clean and quiet facility and that my therapist gets the job done. I go for a truly therapeutic massage not just a feel good one. My experience has always been good. Thanks, ME!
