“I have seen Sandy at performance home medical in Olympia, Washington on several occasions to discuss my biPAP equipment and supplies and she has helped me in so many ways. I was having a hard time using my BiPAP machine and masks and could not do it and just refused because I had such anxiety and she has worked with me and taught me how to use it and become familiar and comfortable and now I use it every night with no problem. She took the time to work with me and helped me and treated me more than just a patient and treated me like I was family.
