For over 20 years I have had service through MetroPCS the past 5 years I have been going online to make my monthly payments this month {November 2022} I decided to change my phone number and get a brand new phone. From the moment I walked into this store I have had NOTHING BUT ISSUES. This store I guess is privately owner so they don't have to follow all the policies that a store that is corporately owned its whatever the owner wants to do.I have had this new phone for less than a week and all I have gotten is the run around about how to fix all the issues with this phone when I went to this store I was told that I would have to pay for a new phone at regular price to replace a phone that has not properly worked since the day of purchase. WHATEVER I will never go to this store again and honestly would not recommend it to anyone unless you don't care about throwing hundreds of dollars away!!!

Was overcharged for my bill and the guy at Metro said that he couldn't help me change the day for my billing cycle because I was only able to get 25 days on my 30-day contract and yet he still said he couldn't help me with that

I stopped into this metro on the west side of Olympia to see about getting an iphone hooked up on my plan. The 2 guys working were super nice and helpful, the one explained what I needed to do and I was in out and on my way in less than 5 minutes. I didn't catch his name, that's how quick it was!. But excellent customer service from these young men. If I didn't live in Kent id definitely always come to this location.

The young lady at the counter was very helpful, sadly, the galaxy A02S I purchased is so far the worst phone I've ever owned, surprisingly The Alcatel 3V I had before it was much better, at least it could hold onto one of My screens for a game, and I could come back to it and resume where I left off without the phone needing to reload the game, must have a very bad processor for a 32G core phone, mind You I do have the 4G version. Would like to see how the 5G Galaxy does in comparison.

Eddie waited on me at the Cooper Point store. He went above and beyond calling stores to find us a 2nd Tablet. We bought 2 that day.

More times than not bringing my phone in I would either be told to call the phone's maker or handed off to call customer services. Make another phone profile and the price and selection few. The only thing I liked was the plans for the price tags. Metro could been cool they do have look.

Anytime I need help or ask questions, Eddie and Gage are always there to help! They always have a smile on their faces (you can tell even with them wearing a mask) and just always in a great mood. Love the Olympia store!

Honestly is the only metro store that I go because it's close to where I live if you do go there and they're busy might as well go take care of something else and then come back because they're goin ignore you like you nobody I was there today about half hour and him and the customer just talking other than that I like it it's in the good area I feel safe people in the community are nice thank goodness ☺️?

I went into buy a couple tablets today, but there was only 1 so the employee contacted the warehouse for me. He answered all my questions and it was a very good visit.

The manager lied about even working I got charged for my bill and then charged again 3 days later my reward for buying there device. Im constantly feeling riped of no more t mobile trailer park sister service. For me
