The guy was supper cool and honest even when he had no good news to tell me or could help but hey, If you're a existing Metro Customer and needing a new phone that's how they are. Because of Metro I would've gave a 2 star rating. But because the employee was straight up, and the fact it smelled like pizza inside 🤤. That bumps it up.

This branch does NOT honor the “free phone “ with a new plan. I was expecting to pay first month and taxes of course, but the man working there quoted me over $200 for a Motorola G phone. A simple phone when I was opening a new account for my daughter. This is ridiculous. The other branch does honor it. Make the drive to Sleater Kenney, they’re actually honest over there!!

I bought my son a phone through Metro and unlimited service. All of a sudden he got a message saying "no voice service, temporarily turned off by your carrier." He has absolutely no service. Cannot call, text or use data. He lives 9 hours from me. I called and spoke to several people. All of them barely spoke a word of English and said that my son had to call them from his phone that isn't working. I don't think they understood me at all and when I asked to speak to someone who's first language is English, they refused. The ones that actually transferred me, transfer me to someone who was not a native English speaker and the last guy completely refused, got pissed and hung up on me. Never fixed the problem and I will be stopping service tomorrow after I call corporate and the better business bureau. Worst customer service ever. I do not recommend Metro to anyone.
