About OlyMEGA Makerspace
OlyMEGA (Olympia Makers, Engineers, Geeks and Artists) is a nonprofit (501c3) Makerspace located in Olympia, WA. We are dedicated to fostering creativity, collaboration, and education. The mission of OlyMEGA is to create an open maker community in the Olympia/Thurston County. Members are encouraged to share their knowledge, learn from others, and create from what they learn.

This is a really cool makers space that has cnc, laser cutters, wood working floor, IT night, fabric arts, sewing, 3D printers, Lock education and home security classes, social activities such as game night and movies nights with the occasional pot luck. Everyone is very helpful. You can make anything there!

Joined about a month ago, the friendliness and knowledge here is fantastic. Is obviously a group committed to encourage others to make things and help them make it happen whether it is big or small. I look forward to seeing them grow into the space and hopefully I am able to give back/pay-it-forward as well.

Some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people i have run across in life! So many creative makers in just about every niche hobby. Everyone is eager to help, and there's usually someone that has or knows the exact thing you need to complete any project.
