Oly Jeep is awesome! If you’re looking for a fun, laid back atmosphere, this is it. Chrissy helped walk us through ordering our Wrangler. She’s just as excited about our new vehicle as we are. She’s personable, friendly, and knowledgeable about the Jeep product. She takes the time to get to know you, and even when just stopping by for a quick question, she’s eager to chat and help out.
Signing all the docs can be overwhelming but Tyler takes the time to find the best interest rate/terms for us. He is always available to answer questions and make sure we are educated on the whole buying process, without being pushy or aggressive, which we appreciate. He always makes the buying process fun. We’ve bought a few vehicles from Tyler, and have always had a great experience. Even after purchasing, stopping in to say hi or ask questions you’ll be greeted and made to feel at home. Highly recommend this place!!

I recently bought a 2021 jeep wrangler from Olympia Jeep with only 13K miles. Definitely ran into a major issue but am thankfully happy with how things ended. First off staff were very friendly, and the office had the sweetest dog who kept coming up to greet us. After a few hours we got everything done and I walked away with a new jeep I loved.
However- two days into owning the jeep and only putting maybe 20 miles on it myself, I was driving to work and hit a small bump on the freeway and the jeep ended up doing the death wobble BAD- the entire vehicle was shaking. I was extremely frustrated by this and called the dealership after I pulled over. They ended up picking up the jeep and providing me a shuttle to and from work and the dealership, and fixing the issue that day at no cost by replacing the steering dampener. So, my experience wasn’t smooth but I was very impressed and satisfied by how Olympia jeep was quick to step in and fix the issue without me having to put up a fight about it.

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler a few months ago. Love it! But unfortunately I need to speak with Don in finance and he hasn’t returned my calls in almost a month, despite me leaving voicemails and having sales associates promise me he will call. Be warned— they treat you like royalty before you buy, but afterward, you’re chopped liver! Disgraceful!

Had an amazing experience with Tyler in sales and Tyler in finance. I came in with very specific needs and an exhaustive online search for months (even looked at getting a Jeep shipped from Florida, Colorado among other states) to try and find the perfect one. Luckily, I stopped in on a whim and talked with Tyler. Gave him my list of must haves and he worked on finding me exactly what I wanted. No hard sales tactics, no pressure, fair with pricing.
It took him a day to find the perfect wrangler that ticked all of my boxes (and then some) and they worked out a dealer trade and had it there the next day. Then working with Tyler in finance (I’m told he is Tyler 1 because he has been there longer), he made the finance portion a breeze. I was already financed through my CU, and he took it from there. Made everything simple, seamless and painless.
Both Tyler’s were great to work with, and I find myself continuing to want to stop in just to talk with them. I could not be happier about my new car and experience.

If you are looking for great customer service and over all amazing experiences. Come here you won’t regret it. Service and part section. thank you for an awesome experience. I came in for help on some wheel lock. Because I was going to start my PCS trip back to the Fort Bragg NC. Every where i went before I would get the same response sorry can’t help or try to charge some crazy amount money Or having to wait 6 hours for help. I wish i would’ve gotten the name of the gentleman that help me today. I just should have went here in the first place from the start. Again from the Santiago family truly thank you
