Product was great. Went 30 minutes out of my way to pick up, and arrived 10 minutes before closing time, only to find that they had closed early. So, I called and left a voicemail, asking for a call back, but did not hear from them. The next day, I called again during business hours but it went to voicemail. Sadly, because the order was urgent, I had to drive 30 minutes out of my way again to retrieve the product, hoping they might be open, even though they weren't answering the phone. Luckily, they were open, I got the product, and was able to get back to work. Availability during their posted business hours and any type of follow up communication would have earned this company a 5-star review.

Word to the wise—this business IS located in what looks like a residential house from the outside, so don’t be alarmed. 9 Cent Color Copies is wonderful! Their service is always prompt, their prices are quite affordable, and their quality is wonderful. I work with Chibi Chibi Con and we always get our 11x17 promotional posters printed here. I don’t know much about printing, but Chris has been very helpful and understanding, getting us what we need even when we aren’t sure how to phrase it. I’d definitely recommend this local business when you need copies or printing done!
