I recently brought my laptop in for a battery replacement and a keyboard repair. All the staff members I spoke with were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They informed me of any cost that could be involved and called asking permission before doing anything. 10 out of 10 recommended.

Very fast and very quick response from this team! Was a little skeptical at first, but got very reasonable feedback on the overall status of my computer. Price was also very reasonable! Will go back to check on other devices!

Broke my computer screen moving an all-in-one. TJ first suggested buying new (making his company $0). But I like this one. So he ordered and installed the new screen on time and on budget. All prices and fees were completely transparent. Service was outstanding. I'm a loyal new customer.

We had a very large ongoing problem with our bank accounts being compromised Olympia Computer spent a great deal of time for a reasonable price to research the issue. I would return to them every time.

If you need assistance with your computer, this is the spot to go. TJ and his entire staff couldn't be more helpful, personable and efficient. I bought a new PC and couldn't get it to work properly. Took it in and had the problem solved in good time. You won't find a better spot for your computer needs. Five stars only because I couldn't find a sixth one. Thanks TJ! I am thrilled beyond words to have found Olympia Computers. I took my laptop in for what I thought was going to be major repair. Everyone was friendly, considerate and the store was clean. TJ took a quick look at it and was able to diagnose it immediately. Their fees are incredibly fair.
