Dshs and both olympic moving and northwest move were involved in the process. Everything was treated for pest control multiple times prior to the move movers did not follow instructions. Unpacked and repackaged things that were already sealed. Added extra boxes around boxes that were labeled not bothering to label new boxes. Scramble contents of different room items into the same boxes scrambling the room assignments. They were also contracted to help unpack our stuff but due to seeing one particular box that had content damage during packing they chose to just get the stuff to destination point then proceeded to walk off the job in breach of the contract. Were find lots of breakage
Case management contacted company but got stone-walled.
I cannot in anyway recommend using this c company for any thing. Except them being forced into going out of business. Using

Sidewalks are not parking spots for trucks, but it seems Olympic Moving & Storage thinks they are. These pictures are from today October 11 2025 outside of the SLU Google. This sidewalk has heavy pedestrian traffic and there is no bike lane to step off onto, you have to go directly into the lane in the road to get around this truck. Reported to the city of Seattle, and perhaps some re-training would be prudent for your drivers. Highly unprofessional, especially since moving companies should be expected to know how to park effectively.

Did a wonderful job packing and loading up! John S. Jeff H. and Kolby C. were all fast, friendly and professional! Hard to find people who can make you laugh during a really stressful situation. They talked and joked the whole time and didn’t just robotically do the job. They even took time to talk to my curious toddler. Was shocked when only a few people showed up, but the three of them were a powerhouse! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

Jake, Kolby, and Karl were amazing with our move in last week. They were very efficient yet still conscientious and attentive. They were careful moving large items in and ensured they didn’t cause any damage to our house or our items. Would absolutely use them again in the future if we had a choice!

Great moving experience, from contacting the local company through working with the movers. Jake and John did a super job, were very carful with all the boxes and furniture, were efficient, friendly, funny, nice and very professional.

My experience with this company was excellent. Communication was perfect. The three guys were so pleasant to work with. Care was taken with all of my furniture - nothing broken or scratched. The three interacted so well with each other. Highly recommend!

They last parts of my tv stand and denied my claim for it my dad took it apart and taped everything together I did not take pictures of this because I was still grieving and when I went through the photos and the parts my sister told me the parts of it was missing and so I stated that to them and they said because they didn’t disable it that they can’t be responsible for missing parts even though everything was intact when they got it when my stuff came things was packaged differently then when they was packing it in my storage unit so that’s how I know they lost my stuff I am beyond pissed.
