CALL TO ACTION: KEEP PACKEX OPEN! Please see attached photo for detail. Thurston county is the ONLY county in the entirety of Washington State in which the accuracy rating is set to individual versus the business as a whole. Their business as a whole has a rating that far exceeds the minimum requirement! Please come into the store fill these out and help advocate for the best licensing business in Thurston County!! Tell Mary DON'T CLOSE SMALL BUSINESS!! PS: I also wrote in mine to hold a training seminar for employees on title paperwork accuracy then!!

This place is absolutely fantastic place to get your tabs your plates anything to do with vehicle registration or frisbee golf. The people here are so friendly they've got funny jokes and they're not abrasive at all they understand people's worries about vehicle registrations they are a grassroots family operated facility. Five stars is not enough to measure these guys surely there are 10 star operation on a five-star scale. Thanks again package Express

Went into get vehicle title changed over and wouldn't except because the 2 on the year wasn't perfect sent me away with more paper work to do , went to M and L In Tumwater had no issues got in and out in 5 min

Do not use this place for UPS deliveries! They will attempt to collect bogus fees of $10 per package. When called on it they are very rude and unhelpful. I suggest you use the UPS stores in the area.

We have used Package Express several times for auto licensing/tabs. They are always quick, friendly and accurate! Our most recent experience was with a title re-issue that had errors created years ago by a different licensing agent. The person who helped us, Lee, went to significant extra effort to make sure it was done correctly and also submitted a form to the state for a refund for overpayment of fees due to the error.

I missed a UPS delivery and the package was routed to this shop. I had never been to this shop before and I didn't know what to expect. It was delightful! Very friendly guy helped me out and got me both packages that were waiting for me. Very relaxed and appears to be quite well managed as well. Gold star service! Thank you, employees of Package Express rock!

You pay for convenience, and it’s a good 10% minimum on most services here. Shipping an item has been consistently more, to the point where I print the quote online before coming in. You’ll pay a good 10% more and sometimes 20% on shipping, but they also may save you it if you’re just wanting the convenience of whatever service is cheapest or having them box.
