I love this area beautiful scenery lots of wildlife if fact my daughter and I just the other day got to see a couple sea otters playing together so cute plus it's kept really clean

Went to the Harbor Days festival and they had tug boats and food. It is a great area with a good atmosphere when there is an event going on. Other than that there are good small owner businesses there and it is cleaning up and updating well in the last few years.

Percival Landing is one of Olympia's three waterfront parks and is located on the east side of Budd Bay on the southern most tip of Puget Sound. This popular park and tourist destination is in the heart of downtown and is a hub for gatherings, social interaction and public celebrations. It not only contributes to the economic vitality of the central business district, it holds historical and cultural significance to the community.
The Landing includes a 0.9-mile boardwalk extending along the eastern shoreline of West Bay from the Fourth Avenue Bridge to Thurston Avenue.
