“Placed an online order for pick up, and the order was filled quickly. I called when I arrived at the store and asked if someone could bring it to my car since I was recovering from an injury. Staff were friendly, loaded the order in my car, and even added a little sample treat for my dog. Mud Bay's friendly, knowledgeable staff are why they're my local go-to pet place!”

“The Pet Works takes wonderful care of all their animals, aquatic and not. They have an amazing selection of items for all sorts of animals and the employees are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The person usually in the reptile section was super helpful with the purchase and care of my sister's ball python. And the aquatics section is the best I've ever seen. All the animals are happy and healthy in tanks suited to their needs. I love the aquatic plants for sale in that section too. The two people usually in that section are so polite and helpful for anything you might need. By far the best pet store I've ever seen!”
“I visited the cat house and was amazed at how many awesome and adorable cats they had! You can tell that the volunteers truly care about giving the cats the best lives possible. I highly encourage anyone to support this organization and adopt from here! I’m so in love with the cat they helped me adopt!
Edit: I ended up adopting another cat from them a month later and I appreciated all the information they gave me about his personality. He’s adjusted so well to my home and keeps my other cat company. I had another great experience adopting from them!”
“Nail trims for our 2 dogs, one friendly and the other wary of strangers (we muzzle him for the nail trim). They do an excellent job here and are very considerate of the muzzled wary one. Clearly experienced dog handlers. We appreciate how efficient and kind they are with both of our large pups.”

“I saw this place and so glad I went there. Harley is so happy. Mom and Dad are happy how nice he looks. My boy, sports the free bandanna, well. The people are so nice. They took the time to make sure they understood what I wanted. This is the first haircut he’s had as an adult, that turned out beautifully. I do apologize I forgot the groomers name. She did a great job! Thanks guys! Try them, you won’t regret it!”
