Maz was very professional and provided excellent costumer service. He sold us a 2010 ford escape with 70k miles on it for a very reasonable price and was willing to allow us to get the car checked by our mechanic before purchasing. We love our SUV and it’s in great condition! If you want an affordable and reliable car Maz at PNW affordable auto in Olympia is the place to go.

They did everything possible to make it a smooth, pleasant transaction. As with all auto dealers, I would recommend a pre-purchase check on anything you buy. I had the sense of dealing with an honest person.

After asking repeatedly if he had gone through this vehicle as he stated, I bought a 2004 Sienna van. I wanted to help support small business owners in Olympia WA. I’m now 3500$ in debt at Firestone to repair what he said he had repaired. I went into put new tires on it.
Mas is not a trained/certified mechanic, and I don’t believe the guy he is “learning” from is either… I asked, he didn’t answer. He gave me a valet key without telling me.
I could go on and on about how Firestone and tried to talk to him about this, takes no responsibility. He does not detail his cars! So many things wrong… no emergency break, power slider doors don’t work !!! Manual only, except back intermittently.
I don’t like leaving such a negative review of Mas, I want him to be successful but not at my expense.
Don’t trust he went over the vehicle thoroughly go to a certified shop and have them check it out. I m 73, now no going on my backlist trip south nw! Day 5 without van!!! Best of luck purchasing from him.

I'm extremely pleased with the customer service I received. This was my very first car buying experience and I wade to feel like I was being pressured to buy. He actual sureness with me and made it possible for me to actuality get financing. I was really happy to find out that he runs a one man show and I was helping to support a local small business. I've been in possession of my new vehicle for about 28 hours now and I'm even more pleased with its performance than I anticipated or expected. I have actually already recommended PNWAffordableauto to my best friend and I would glady recommend them to anyone else looking for a vehicle on a budget worth little to no credit.

Definitely deserves all 5 stars IMO. Maz was very friendly and extremely helpful throughout the whole buying process. I’ve never financed a car let alone walked into a dealership although Maz was not only able to answer all of my questions but helped me pick a car in my price range and hooked me up with a lender. As a first time buyer with no credit history, this was definitely the best place to start. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an affordable yet well-maintained car.

Maz was great to do business with. He was available at all hours to meet up or answer any questions. He made buying the car a smooth process and I got a great car for a good price out of the deal. He even filled up the tank for me so I wouldn't have to stop in the dark. Would definitely recommend.
