“Daviena went above and beyond for us at our passport appointment. The process was fast and smooth once we had it figured out. Super kind, caring and understanding since we were new to the process.”

“I live between Lacey Post Office and this one on Rich Rd. This is the place to go. The line is short but sometimes when long… lthey get through in minutes. They work quickly but also make you feel at home there.”

“This is the friendliest post office I have ever been in! The mail out hours are a little different to get used to if you have to mail something out. That's because they are on a pickup schedule and it's not their fault, so once you get used to that, trust me, this is the PO to use over any other. I love to stop in here to check out the newest stamps for my collection and drop off a package. Christmas was easy mailing too!”
“My mother had difficulty with a package she sent that USPS could not deliver. We went into this branch for help and Pug was extremely kind and helpful. She remembered the situation from an earlier visit and was very quick to solve the problem professionally and with a lot of empathy. Postal workers are dealing with so many challenges these days, and we appreciated how kind and professional Pug was. Also, this branch is so convenient. Thank you for offering it.”

“Big things to the post.
I received my mail despite two digits of the street number being. The error is recognized, noted on the package, and the package has been delivered.
So, thank you. March 2025”
“Lovely little post office with tons of parking. All the letters and packages I’ve sent have arrived at their destination on time, and the people helping me are always professional and informative.”
“I've dealt w/ these same folks since I was 3yrs old. Never had an issue that couldn't be resolved quickly. Joe, if I don't see you before you retire, I hope you have a happy retirement and rest easy. This comes from that little girl on Munson Drive, all those years ago. You were my favorite driver as I couldn't wait to give you my 19c for a stamp at the time, just as they were turning 20c. That was around 1976-77. Yeah it was that long ago. So take care.”
