I had an unexpected, adverse reaction to having my blood drawn and Lena was so kind, accommodating, and helpful. I would have been embarrassed but she was so understanding and supportive that I didn’t have to. Thank you.

I was a walkin on a busy day and I was tended to within thirty minutes... stellar.
Then there was Tessa, she made me laugh, she laughed with me. She was affable, professional, and I was out in literally seven minutes. She's a real keeper! Time for a raise, I'm thinking.

Yikes. I had the misfortune of needing to go there twice in one week. The first time everything went smoothly apart from the tech complaining about how she does all the work and the other tech is lazy, and how she doesn't get to have lunch. Valid but unprofessional. The second time I called to make sure my test could be done and could be done without a physician order, I was told it could and they scheduled my appointment. When I arrived I was taken 15 mins after my appt time by a rude and confrontational tech who informed me the only way I could get that test done was to go to some third party site and purchase an order for just under $200. Then it would be an additional $400 for the test. No thank you. I went to Concerta in Lacey instead and had the whole thing done, as a walk-in, in 20 mins for $78. They were very courteous.

I had a 1:20 and a 2 pm appointment. I arrived at 1:18 and checked in. However my 2 pm appointment was the only option to click on in check in. 6 people who arrived after me with NO appointment were seen first. 6 walk ins and a 140 pm appointment for a lady. There is no front desk or reception area where you can go to explain or ask questions. I finally got called in after they saw all their walk ins. MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 1:20 PM! I explained to the phlebotomist that my appointment was at 1:20 pm. But there's no receptionist to explain. She replied with, "That's funny. " I said, No. It's annoying. I hate this place.

I felt weird coming in because there was no human, only a kiosk to sign into. But when someone came into the lobby, she was so friendly and helpful - even filled the kiosk out for me! The girl who took my blood was also super friendly and she was able to get my blood right away. I was there because the nurse at my primary care doctor tried in two separate places but since I have rolling veins, she couldn't get any blood. This phlebotomist is my hero!

This Quest location is amazing. I've always been called back within 5 minutes of my appointment, usually before the appointment time. Everyone is always beyond pleasant, kind, and professional. No pain sticks! Thanks for everything you do. Healthcare is a stressful job.

I've been coming to this Quest Lab for a couple of years doing labs every month or two / standing orders so lots of experience. I have only had only great experiences with the staff here. So the 5 stars is for the local staff (definitely not corporate). They have always been skilled phlebotomists who are very pleasant to work with (also had a good experience in Lakewood). This week I'd say Tessa is the best I've ever encountered. Cheery, highly skilled, caring and compassionate. While I'm not a fan of how long it takes to get an appointment & the billing being wrong almost every freaking month. It's quest's problem, they bill it wrong every time. We spend hours on the phone with corporate and someone promises on the phone they've corrected all the mistakes on the records only to have it happen over and over and over and over again. Why they can't straighten it out is beyond me. This has nothing to do with the local staff but they have to hear the complaints. I've been shocked by the way customers scream and curse (heard it with my own ears) at them because they hate the check in kiosk. Local staff gets yelled at because people have to wait a week or two to get an appointment which has nothing to do with local staff. I personally have never been in a friendlier lab. Kudos all goes to the local staff. I wish customers didn't take out their frustration with corporate process on local people who have nothing to do with it. So congrats on the staff at this location and double Tessa's pay

Easy scheduling online. Went for drug screening. Checked in and out in under 10 minutes. Friendly staff. Better than other quests I've been to.
