We were a little worried about the hotel being under construction but we got to stay in a nicely remodeled room, and breakfast was very good. Our only complaint is the elevators were very slow and the stairs were closed due to construction.

My children and I had a great experience with this Ramada hotel. I booked a king bed room and ended up with a king suite, which was amazing! Even though the hottub was out of commission during our stay, the kids and I really enjoyed swimming in the pool. The staff were very friendly and always willing to assist.
I will for sure stay at this hotel again.

The staff were superb. The young man behind the counter on the night we arrived was very accommodating despite understaffing and some confusion with housekeeping. The morning folks at breakfast were warm, responsive, and efficient.
My major concern had to do with the construction around the premises. The sidewalks were littered with construction material. The signs of renovation were everywhere making our stay less than stellar. For instance, many ceiling panels were missing where conduit work was being done, the ice machine on the second floor was shut down for electrical work, and the view from the window was simply construction material and equipment. We had no indication of construction when we made the reservations and would certainly have reconsidered if we had known.

Okay, so I have so much to say about this particular Hotel, where do I start!! 1. Customer service doesn't care whether your stay is smooth and they stand by saying that they have compassion towards the customers, NOT!! I'm sorry I have so much to say I will have to do another review based on how many times I stayed there. I stayed there a few months back and while they had closed down the 2nd floor, that was under remodeling. By the time I left they had already opened that floor. Not only do they not take care of maintenance cleaning the stairs and cleaning the outside and have nice manicured trees and bushes, it just looks like a dump!! I don't know who's in charge but they just don't care. The pool has been out of service for a long time and it looks unsafe to swim in it. The cleaning is not that good. Another thing I found out is that the management decided to cancel the order on new furniture to keep some rooms in the 3rd and 4th floors the same old fashioned same old furniture and not only that they also took away the microwaves and the coffee makers from the rooms. The concierge Oops sorry they don't have one. The front person behind the desk has to make the coffee downstairs by the dining room. They don't bother to keep any fresh coffee or any at all!! Another thing they are doing is gaslighting the client when they say they don't have the upgrade or are not available. I will write more on this and other things. So when you book your reservation the site will offer you upgrades like we got an upgrade for a 1 king size bed and private bathroom with a sofa bed and kitchen, and while they do the person that is in the front will cancel your upgrade they did this twice!!! I will post another review and more.

Book your stay here NOW- nothing will compare. While under remodeling, this hotel is the cleanest, fully staffed, stocked and well run hotel. A few perks we as a family particularly loved, 24 hour pool with plentiful of towels, a full and wide variety of homemade breakfast options (clean and kept full the WHOLE time), multi thickness/type pillows on each bed to accommodate preferences, good shower pressure and very close to pop on the expressway. Would stay here again 10x over.

Easily the best hotel I’ve stayed in for the price.
Not sure if it’s due to the remodeling but we were able to book our stay for slightly more than 100$ a night online.
Both the gentlemen who helped us at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful. I believe it was Austin and Jacob.
The remodeling was not loud, we never really noticed it until walking outside.
Our room was clean spacious and upgraded from our original booking.
Breakfast was better than average.
Pool was fine, always nice if you have the time.
In the end we added another night to our trip due to the convenience and price of our stay here.

I would definitely recommend and go back to this location! Although there were a couple of small issues (see below) didn’t seem to change my view because everything else was amazing! Love LOVE the fact that their pool is 24/7 and check out at noon! Those 2 things alone are HUGE with me!

This is a great hotel for the price, overall its clean, comfortable, affordable, and the breakfast is delicious! All of the employees are very helpful and friendly. Theres a lot of remodeling being done but it hasnt been a bother. I would stay here again.

Room is fine. Breakfast is excellent. Exterior is uninviting and looks run down. Construction debris everywhere. Staff is excellent from checkin to restaurant.
