All Hotel staff were amazing. The general manager is wonderful and extremely helpful. Our room was extremely warm and the A/C unit did not work. Fluctuating water temperature during showers, but the staff made up for the old building issues!

Ive stayed 4x now. This past time in March was so hot and definitely my last. They have great rooms and customer service but no AC is miserable. Even went to breakfast and heard 2 others complain about heat. I left a day early even on a 4 day work trip. People are super nice but they need to update their fans and AC.
