Reserved movie on line and went to pick up. Machine out of service. Called company for refund and they wanted me to tell them what was wrong with machine....seriously???...do I look like a Redbox repair person? Got movie elsewhere from other Redbox and tried to return it next day to the first one which was restored to service....but....wait for it..."THIS MACHINE CANNOT STORE ANY MORE DISCS" ....so back to box #2. Ridiculous. Did get refund eventually...$1.91...Dammit I work hard for my money and spent twice that in gas driving around town. Did it all for grandkids who had to see Peter Rabbit.?
