Don’t recommend the place, short staffed especially on weekends, and some nurses falsely document medications were given on time when they did not administer them! And don’t get me started on giving injectables without using an alcohol swap to clean the injection site!

The Care staff and Nurses are absolutely amazing. They took great care to keep my Aunt very comfortable as well as keeping her up to date on the various activities they have (Bingo, Garage sales, Entertainment) just to name a few. Therapy started immediately and I can happily say my Aunt went home yesterday. Such a Wonderful place and Staff. You can trust that they will take very good care of your loved ones in a patient and caring way. Thank you Regency!

My father was here for roughly 1 month. The first day that he was moved in was less than desirable. I was let in, temp checked, signed in, and walked in to see a lady at the desk with her mask pulled down under her chin and cracking covid jokes and coughing as hard as she could into another employees face who was on the phone with someone. The second issue I had was when I called to speak with a nurse and asked her if the beds had railings on them because I was worried about my dad falling out of bed and the lady was the rudest she could possibly be telling me that they can only have them if the doctor writes a script for them. I had no idea and I was just wondering but apparently she took it as I was demanding he have them. Then the third strike was the fact that they DON’T have phones at all in the rooms. The patients have a “community” phone out in the hallway and it’s impossible to get in touch with your loved one. We lived 2+ hours (one way) away so we weren’t able to be in there every day to visit with my dad. Thankfully he was discharged and is home now receiving MUCH better care than what he received at this place.

I worked at regency Olympia as agency staff. The staff there is amazing, they treat each individual more like a family member . The residents are treated like family. I felt welcomed and appreciated at regency. The RCM is wonderful and always ready to help. I recommend regency Olympia for anyone needing care or a job.

Do.Not.Place.Your.Family.Here. Strange, malicious, staff. They steal from the patients. They claim false Department of Social Health cases against family members. It has been a nightmare since placing my father here.

The nurse supervisor and the administrator decide on orders and care plans. Those plans are not about the individual patient. What they did to my father here and all the alternative facts they documented in his file catastrophically affected his comfort and his safety. My Dad began having uncontrollable episodes of falling with two broken vertebrae. The nurse supervisor dc'd his prostate medications. We were given no choice. The nurse supervisor dc'd his bowel program, refusing to follow up with his gastroenterologist at Capitol Medical Center, Dr. Jones. The administrator, Emma, who left herself a 5 star google review saying this place is like home, played word games with me for weeks. She treated my concerns for my Dad's rapid decline and verbal statements about how awful he felt like I was a "Karen" just trying to complain. She dehumanized my father and acted like arguing with me and shutting me down about all my requests that my father receive medical intervention for his diagnosed pre-existing conditions as a game. Regency even went so far as to document that the family cancelled a wheelchair and pressure pad order because we were ordering a custom wheelchair. This was a lie. A total lie. Suddenly, when we were getting him out if this hell hole they wanted to push medical equipment orders through. I said no. I informed her I spoke to Shelly at the Hampton and it would be ordered there. Instead when my Dad's medical equipment was being ordered they saw the documentation we were ordering custom equipment and failed to order his wheelchair and his pressure pad. Since this Medicare 5 Star facility documents that we were getting custom equipment they just didn't inform Dad or I as a result it's now 2/1 and my father has struggled with a difficult to heal pressure sore without the comfort or benefit of a pressure pad he was medically eligible and qualified to receive. Regency dehumanized my father. They failed on many occasions to provide medical records for quality of care reviews. They fraudulently documented that I was satisfied and part of my father's care plan. They told me I had to sign a contract outside on the porch in the wind in rain gear for my father to continue to receive care. That was an implied threat. I signed a large document, a contract, with absolutely no knowledge of what I was signing as the social worker, Amber, held the pages open at the right place. LPNs creatively documented permission to violate my father. They abused and neglected him here and continue to hide behind false documentation and suggesting it's a personality conflict. Let me tell you, BE AFRAID. It's worse than you think. I'll be uploading the documents as soon as I have an attorney review them so you can make an informed decision. Emma shouldn't be part of anyone's care plan. She isn't qualified and she jerked my father's care plan around the entire time he was here. Emma refused to answer the phone when I was requesting records be sent to another facility and we got cut off because I was driving. Emma ran interference to keep me from speaking to Natalie, who's response about what happened to Dad's prostate meds was "It Happens" When I went over all my Dad's care plans and his diagnosis when we were selecting a skilled facility where he would receive the best care Emma told me"we're a 5 star facility". She said that to the Kepro Immediate Advocate too.

RUN! Don't walk, DO NOT let your loved one get stuck in this hell hole! The care is abysmal, the staff are horrible, upper management is even worse. If you want your loved one to die, or almost die, then send them here...

Excellent SNF. Wonderful therapy, very kind and caring nurses and CNAs. Food is very good, and the building is very home like and cute.

I know someone staying here and have witnessed the neglect and lack of care that they were giving him. He seemed weaker than when he got there and overall the care he was given was horrible. We took him to the emergency room and he had 2 liters of urine drained off and it will take a while for his bladder to get it’s elasticity back and he was really dehydrated. The staff could care less about their patients. I would not send anyone here

Community based nursing home setting. A very homey place not like the typical nursing home.

I in no way recommend this establishment they are completely rude and heartless along with refusing to do there job which ultimately resulted in my father not getting the care he needs to recover after a horrible motorcycle accident.

The therapy department stopped therapy for my mother. The staff was supposed to start doing it which has been slow for them to implement.

It's been almost 3 years since my love passed away at this location, it was called "Olympia Manor" back then. The heat of Summer & they'll give you a fan for you & your roommate to share. It's an old house refitted to house bodies.
