Horrible customer service. Drive up never open and they never answer there phone. No wonder they’re going out of business

If the pharmacy says it’s open at 8 am, you’d assume they’d be open. Nope. Just 3 pharmacy employees more concerned with talking about their personal problems than helping people

Had a very long night with a child who had a ruptured eardrum and in & out of urgent care, pharmacies all over town were being extremely difficult about taking our insurance and couldn’t even fill our (very simple and common) prescription. Had a frustrating call with a different woman here who didn’t understand what I was saying and I had to call back several times to make sure everything was working as it should, but my day was SAVED by Jackie who couldnt have been more fast, competent, and accommodating. If I wasn’t a married woman I would’ve offered her a dowry, she absolutely saved my day (and my son’s!). Thank you, Jackie! May both sides of your pillow always be cold and you live a long and happy life.

Unless Jackie is working in the pharmacy, do not bother. The most incompetent, uncommunicative and straight up poorly managed pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune of living near. Good luck not having to come down and stand in line as they never answer the phone. Never ever have answers for anything and expect you to sit on the phone with insurance for questions -they- have. Consistently will blame my doctor for not sending in things that they lost or never sent a request for. Will be going ANYWHERE else ASAP.
Update: In trying to transfer my perscriptions elsewhere, they have continued to be incompetent and unreliable. So thankful I am no longer going here ever again and will hopefully be able to just get new perscriptions.

This is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever used. Huge delays in filling prescriptions and refills are always out of stock & have to be ordered.

If I could give zero stars I would.
Majority of the pharmacy staff are rude, unhelpful, and do not listen when you talk to them. However there are a couple of younger staff members who are great and I have really appreciated them over the time that I have used this pharmacy.
Overall it takes forever to get prescriptions filled, lots of mistakes, and just general unhelpfulness.
Plus, why would I continue supporting an evil corporation when I can just go to Arow Pharmacy instead (where everyone is nice, helpful, and timely).
If you’re reading this, this is your sign to switch to Arow…they’ve literally gone out of their way past open hours to help me. Do it and ditch this bunk ass pharmacy.

First timer! Facility was clean, staff was friendly, and less than 10 minutes for prescription to be in hand, and an unscheduled flu shot.

The staff is nice but they have about 40% of the staff they need. Line was halfway to the front of the store. I waited just under 2 hours for prednisone and an inhaler. Rite Aid: do better. Staff your stores.

After months of problems they couldn't get together and standing in line for 45 minutes EVERY TIME to pick up meds that are already ready, I decided to take my business to CVS pharmacy ? I hope this one goes bankrupt and closes too

I went to 2 Walgreens to get passport photos taken. I was turned away with bogus excuses. I came to Rite Aid and Megan & Angel got me in and out within like 2-3 minutes. Both with smiles and friendly demeanors. I appreciate them so much, they have no idea. Management, I know you’ll see this, give those two a raise! Service unmatched. Thank you both!!

I haven't had all these bad experiences that others are reporting. I love my local Rite-aid. The staff at the front counter usually say hi when I come through the door and will always assist me with finding items. Yeah, the pharmacy can be slow and often has a line but the pharmacy staff are usually professional and courteous. Plus, if you don't like the pharmacy there are dozens of others in town and this has nothing to do with the rest of the store. Thanks for being here Rite-aid Cooper Point!

The young man at the checkout register was playing with a yo yo the entire transaction. Crazy when you consider Washington State’s minimum wage is $16.28 an hour. SMDH.?♀️

This location seems likely to close down next. Little to no staff working and questionable folks hanging around the parking, entrance, and Lobby. Bathroom is grimey, if available. Folks at front counter wear earbuds and aren't helpful so, whatever it is don't bother asking just ring yourself up at the self check out and leave....good luck to you all!

Always find what I go in for. Pharmacy ok, but it can be hectic and a wait.

Prescription was called in the night before after hours and was ready to be picked up at the exact time I was told it would be ready. Additionally, the pharmacist found a discount for me without having to ask. No complaints here!
