This location seems likely to close down next. Little to no staff working and questionable folks hanging around the parking, entrance, and Lobby. Bathroom is grimey, if available. Folks at front counter wear earbuds and aren't helpful so, whatever it is don't bother asking just ring yourself up at the self check out and leave....good luck to you all!

Prescription was called in the night before after hours and was ready to be picked up at the exact time I was told it would be ready. Additionally, the pharmacist found a discount for me without having to ask. No complaints here!

How is this place even operating? The pharmacy here was like a surreal nightmare. From the moment we walked up James, the pharmacy tech, had a bad attitude and made rude remarks TWICE. The second remark was the most ridiculous. We simply showed him a coupon on my phone to see if he could apply it to my medication. Upon looking he seemed like he was having trouble looking at the screen so I showed him how to enlarge the text. While doing so, he exclaimed “uh, I know what I’m doing” with an attitude in his voice. When he was asking the pharmacist for assistance, they couldn’t be bothered to walk over and help. Instead, the pharmacist just yelled across the room and hid behind his area. We also heard sly remarks under his breath. Totally rude and unprofessional for a pharmacy.

Looking at the reviews I’m not surprised. This place has under two stars. The west side, Rite Aid has really gone downhill. I had another Terrible experience, waiting for my prescription to be filled. terrible customer service no accountability. but still, my insurance wants me to use Rite Aid. It’s so frustrating.

Every other pharmacy takes my insurance, why does rite aid always have a problem?? Also, the store is a mess—workers obviously understaffed and underpaid. Horrible shopping and pharmacy experience.

Always pleasant, try their best to fill prescriptions as quickly as they can. They have alot of new employees but things seem to be working pretty smoothly. Answer phone pretty much every time. Problems during covid due to lack of help but that seems to be cleared up now.

Ohh man out of all the garbage pharmacies in this state this one stands out. It wasn't just the extremely rude and useless staff or the bums that come in cut in front of everyone and threaten customers. Or that the bathrooms have used needles in them. It might be waiting on hold for over an hour just to get hung up on. Waiting for blood pressure medication for days due to the incompetent pharmacy staff I think is what finally did it. Communication from the pharmacy staff is poor. They demonstrate little forethought for customers who have reoccurring issues with monthly prescriptions, trying instead to just finish each interaction as quickly as possible. I understand that there are complicated processes from government regulations, insurance company rules, and Rite Aid policies that can cause delays and inconveniences. That said, not taking the time to thoroughly explain why a customer is having difficulties filling their prescriptions month after month so a solution can be found just means you and they will waste more time and be frustrated again in the future. I expect this lack of insight from fast food outlets, not from professionals with advanced degrees. Very disappointing.

Doesn't matter how you put in your prescription it will NOT be ready when they tell you to come pick it up. Three times now! I felt so confident this time. I called it in the day before and scheduled the pickup for before 2pm when they go to lunch, and went in at 1pm! It will for sure be ready this time! Nope. I'm done driving across town just to be told to come back later for a medication that comes pre-counted in a factory sealed bottle! All they have to do is get it!!! But no. Tell me to come back after they go to lunch. DONE!

Worst pharmacy. Highly recommend that you choose a different one. 4 hours after prescription was sent they didn’t have it filled, then they said it would be an hour until it was filled. The employee asked if I wanted to wait as my six year old was in obvious pain.. Then when i came back they still didn’t have it ready and had closed early.. Everyone looked very unprofessional and we’re not friendly.. Never using this joke of a pharmacy again, they dont even deserve one star..*To the owner*How about instead of asking everyone to take more time out of their day to give you a call, you just fix your pharmacies staff and procedures.
