Worst pharmacy ever. I’m so happy this is my last time dealing with them. No matter when you call it in it’s never ready. Or if your dr fax’s it over no one calls you to tell you it’s ready and they put it back. And you have to wait all over again. I’m happy I don’t rely on them for lifesaving medication.

Worst pharmacy ever. Withheld part of two necessary diabetes medications TWO MONTHS in a row due to “low stock”. Extremely long wait times inside or drive thru. The fastest was 30 min, the longest was the time I “auto filled” by phone and then waited AN HOUR AND A HALF in the drive thru (6 cars ahead of me) to be told it was too soon to fill. I’ve had to go there in person just for basic questions because the pharmacy does not answer the phone 9 times out of 10 and doesn’t have VM. Their lack of service verges on CRIMINAL as it is affecting people’s access to a basic standard of care and medications for life-threatening conditions. I do not fault any of the actual employees- they are kind and appear to do their best. I’ve had no problems with other Rite Aid locations in the past. Today I arrived to find the pharmacy closed over an hour early with a sign on the window “due to staffing”. No mention of hours change online. I’m done.

This pharmacy is HORRIBLE!!! We’ve switched everything over to another pharmacy after many times of being told something would be ready at a certain time only to sit in line for 30 minutes to find out it’s not. I wouldn’t mention it if it happened once, but it literally happened every time we tried to go there. I have no idea how they’re still in business - they never fail to fail. They don’t care about your business. Don’t waste your time.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Each month my husband has problems getting his medications refilled, and when we finally get them filled weeks later they are incomplete. He is diabetic and reliant on these medications to stay alive. I also get my prescription here and even though I call it in a week in advance they are never ready. It’s unbelievable. People’s lives depend on the medications they need from pharmacies and they don’t seem to have a problem making you wait weeks to get your refills.

this is the worst run pharmacy I have ever been to and I'm seriously changing asap. I haven't gotten my meds in months, there's always a prescription missing. plus they're very rude I understand they're over worked and supposedly under staffed. but delay after delay makes you very exasperated and wondering what is the true problem there. I have surgery on my shoulder tomorrow, and need to get the prescription filled from the surgeon in addition to the meds I take, the young kid working there gave me additute and I left with nothing again. so disappointing. I'm done with them!

This pharmacy is unreliable. No one answers the phone. They don't come back to the phone after 30-40 minutes waiting. If you need a refill, you better do it a week in advance or you will be out of your meds. Wait times for pickup is very high. If you need to pickup on your 1 hour lunch break, don't do it, as you will likely be late. They have e no organization. I'm moving pharmacies.

They desperately need to hire more pharmacy staff, it shouldn't take an hour to pick up a medicine. I feel for them as it's obvious they're understaffed and each doing the work of 3 people, it's not their fault it's so slow and it's absolutely corporates fault for not hiring more people or not allowing more due to having to pay them lol. Whatever it is, it's ridiculous and people waiting an hour inside and out is unacceptable

This pharmacy has to be the worst ever. Shows them currently open online but they told me they changed their hours. Nice of them to post it. Never not a problem filling prescriptions here. Done!!!

It isnt really possible for me to describe how deeply upsetting and stressful it is to have to depend on this Pharmacy for absolutely anything while maintaining my dignity, but I will try.Unreal. 30-40 min wait times on your feet or in a car. one cashier for the entire pharmacy including the two drive bay lanes. Its been this way for a year. Its not going to change. Do what I did and transfer out. You wont be able to have another pharmacy call them to get your profile though, because this Rite Aid pharmacy does not answer the phone, even the provider line. It has to be done entirely by fax. I had to call the front desk, have the nice worker write a note, and take it back to the pharmacy to reach them without a 30 minute drive in traffic, which I still had to do because the note didnt even work. I could not be unhappier. This is the first time ive ever even joked that I would give 0 stars, but sadly. I wish that I could. Someone, please drive your car into this building and shut it down.I am absolutely delighted to report that today was the last day I will ever be forced to go inside this terrible place.

Worlds worst customer service and slowest pharmacy times in town. Had a script called in showed up at 4pm to see when it would be done and I spoke to a pharmacy tech who assured me it would be done by 5pm started waiting in the line at 4:45pm that was wrapped damn near outside the front door finally made it to the counter for pickup at 5:32 and was told it’s still not ready and to have a seat and they will call my name when they know more information. Tried to call the store several times throughout the day and get a busy signal on the phone no matter if I call the store or the pharmacy.

Worlds worst customer service. They don’t answer their phone, when you get a notification that your prescription is ready and show up then wait in line inside for 45 minutes just to be told that it’s not ready and it’s an automated system that sends that out based on a timer of when the script is received by the pharmacy. I watched in awe as 16 others were told the same thing. I’m no expert but I’d say this place needs new management and better staff. If you can’t keep up with the volume then either hire more staff or stop accepting new patients. Read the google reviews people they are accurate reviews. This used to be a good location but not anymore.

I am a caregiver for someone who gets their prescriptions from this location. For several months this location has been impossible to get ahold of. They constantly lose prescriptions that are dropped off in person. Their claim is that they are too busy and have new staff. You would think if they are too busy that they would be stopping taking new customers.

The line for the drive thru is almost always long, but you can ALWAYS reach someone on the phone. My last pharmacy wouldn't answer their phone for hours and would never return my voicemail. Very very happy I switched to a reliable pharmacy :)
