As usual Safeway pharmacy has to order whatever meds I need. What kind of pharmacy is always having to order your meds? Aren't they supposed to have medications in stock?

Checkers are rude and don't give a s*** about your groceries, throwing groceries in the bags, stacking heavy items on top of of bread and eggs and over filling bags so you can't even use the handles to carry them.

I have been shopping at the store since 2015 perhaps even before that. It was always a pleasant experience. I don't mind waiting in line to get what I need. In the pharmacy staff is great as well.

Shop here almost daily since moving to the area in September. Have usually had pretty good luck with quality, pricing, etc. However, on Friday 2/4/22 I purchased a Turkey pot pie in the meals ready to eat section by the deli. I have had these before and had no problems. This time however, when I opened up the pie after heating, there was only 2 little pieces of Turkey meat and only about 1 or 2 spoonfuls of the gravy and vegetables. I paid $7-$8 for a pie crust. Someone was asleep at the wheel when they made this one

I will start off by saying this store is not the greatest but it’s not the worst I have seen. What happened tonight is reprehensible and is unforgivable. I sent my partner to the store to pick up a few items for dinner and to pick up a bottle of crown. I frequent this location a few times a week as it is located a couple miles up the road. I alway get my grocery items pick up a bottle of crown both by myself and with him. I am white he is black. He went waited by the liquor cabinet as they are usually busy and it can take a little while for someone to come over. Leanne/leanna assisted him with getting the bottle I wanted and then refused to let him take it up front. When he said he has never had a problem with that before, she said that it’s a high theft item and she will take it up front. After dismissing him she assisted two separate white gentlemen and gave them their bottles to walk freely around the store. The problem is she blatantly profiled him because he is black. Treated him like a criminal walking the item he wanted to purchase for me up to the front for everyone to see as the other gentlemen walk around the store with their alcohol freely and without a chaperone. I am absolutely disgusted at the treatment he has faced and he is well within his right to be as upset as he is. This is not ok anywhere but I am deeply saddened that something like this would happen in my home city. People like Leanne/ leanna should not have a job anywhere let alone a place I had come to respect and appreciate. I implore you to let her know every-time you go there how you feel about how she treats people of any color other than white. I urge you to tell safeway that this is not acceptable and we will not tolerate this behavior by anyone let alone a business who claims to care about their customers.

This Safeway is one of worst I have seen. They have been going downhill in inventory, prices, errors with the club card, and generally it is trash. I've decided to end a 40 plus year relationship with Safeway, (And the 20 other affiliates owned by Albertsons) based solely on the treatment by 3 pharmacy staff members. The blond tech Nikki and a brunette named Grace, and an asian pharmacist named Tanh (female, Asian). We had a couple disagreements over fill dates, one day difference, and they were rude to me several times, but the past 3 months I was days away from dying, and needed emergency chest access dialysis for life, and they contradicted themselves several times. My Doctor, a 20 plus year Specialist tried to talk to them, and when I requested my records, the next day they send me a voicemail saying it's best if you find another pharmacy. Nikki and Tanh are the worst of the bunch. I wonder who paid for her Pharmacy School degree. That's potentially up to 200,000. Rich parents, loans? Unless she went to a super cheap, way less credible school.Please consider supporting an independent pharmacy instead of a giant conglomerate like Albertsons/Safeway. You have some choices. Steer clear from Nikki, Grace, and Tanh, they are vindictive, Nikki's rude behavior was documented by the acting store manager Mike. I confirmed it. The store manager when I was there on Friday, even witnessed the blond tech yelling at me and making derogatory comments, and documented it, as I was engaged calmly in asking for my records printed out. So, ultimately because of those 3 people named, and the Pharmacy Manager Blane, and store Manager Ryan. I have decided to end all business with all 21 Albertsons affiliates because of them. And I was an elite member before they stopped that program. Worst Safeway Pharmacy personnel I have ever seen. They say I'm rude? Not true. It's them. I'm near death and my degree is in Theology. So, ok, whatever.Here's the Visual Voicemail screenshots of the progression where everything is fine, and 3 days later after going in to calmly ask for my records to check for accuracy before I transfer them to an independant that actually cares about who they serve. The final voice mail comes. So, in light of those 3 people mentioned (Nikki, Tanh, and Grace, and Blane and Ryan the pharmacy and store manager), I'm ending a 40 plus year relationship with all Albertsons affiliates. Please don't support theses people they have ruined Safeway. The quality of everything is lower than ever. They were a lot better before Albertsons acquired them. Nowm not even average, Whatever you do, steer clear from this pharmacy.
