Scripts are always ready on time and if I am getting low on certain medicines they are very accommodating letting me know when the next refill date is, no judgement or anything.
They're also good about recognizing when my wife and I both have scripts ready so we don't have to make extra/separate trips.
Everyone I have dealt with at this location is extremely friendly and professional.

They sent my medications to my old address, even though I had updated my address with them, and they had even previously delivered to my new address. When I called to try and figure something out, they told me to go break into the old mailbox… (Couldn't do this even if I wanted to as it is a locking mailbox) I obviously declined. This all occurred later in the week, and I was assured that they would have replacement meds for me on Monday. I didn't receive the meds until the next Friday.

The people at the pharmacy are always very helpful. I am picking up prescriptions for my whole family and they are promptly filled. If there are issues, the staff make sure to communicate them. This is a great pharmacy.

This place is always a disaster. They never have med ready, and it's always 15 more minutes then 15 more minutes no matter if you come in right after doctor fills scripts, or a day, or 2 after. Most all of them there have scrappy attitudes, and zero customer service skills. Please hire new friendlier people here

Waayyyyy better than rite aid! Rite aid was refusing to fill my prescription and even deleted it after assuring me they would work on it. I called safeway and they were able to help me out and get my prescription ordered AND filled within 2 days (with rite aid I had been waiting for almost 2 weeks before finally calling and finding out that their incompetent staff had deleted my prescription instead of trying to help with it). The tech I spoke with was very kind and understanding I don't remember her name but I will be transferring everything here very soon.

Extremely rude not a place I would recommend. I went in today to pick my medicine up an the lady was so rude too me if I new corporates number I'd file a complaint.Plz get ur medication filled somewhere else to avoid a bad day.Smh have a good day Nikki an don't take ur personal life out on good ppl!!!#Nikki#Rude#Fireher
