Profit over people all day... Long lines... Never enough staff... Management allows vendors to park in the fire, blocking the crosswalk (ADA violation) and parked in the fire lane (Municipal code violation). Do better or catch a fine.

So I go here a few times a week on my way home . It’s the only place I shop since I don’t drive elsewhere. Today I dropped eggs on the floor . I looked around for someone , nobody , then I saw a kid with a broom zooming around , I yelled hey ! He looked right at me and I thought he was coming then he turned and walked away …. I figured maybe he didn’t hear me ? I tried waving him down 2 different times . I looked in the bakery area and I didn’t see anyone so I walked down to the meat counter to try to let someone know . The guy behind the meat counter looked right at me , I started talking and I’m not kidding, he turned around and started walking away : back to me .:.. I know I wasn’t too quiet or anything, he saw me look right at him and start speaking , I’m not sure what was happening but I’ve never had people ignore me or turn their backs on me before the whole thing was strange …. I honestly didn’t know what to do , I found a floor sign and put it in front of the eggs and I let the girl in the self check out now what had happened and she called someone. I can’t rate the store bad based on this but it was really weird and honestly it made me mad enough to want to write this . Otherwise, I usually have a great experience there .

They finally put a small handful of cookies out on their rack, just to have them be dark brown and hard as a rock. The other cookies are good, its like safeway cant process how to make chocolate chip cookies. I recommend just stealing them, then throwing them in the garbage on the way out the door. Not worth a dollar a cookie.

Lazy bakery, doesn't listen to customers. They never ever have 2 packs of chocolate chip cookies, which they should put 2 and 2 together and realize there is a high demand for them. Not nasty cranberry oatmeal, or bland snickerdoodle. Their bakery is full of those all the time because no one wants them. They always have a huge packs of chocolate chip cookies, which are generally stocked, which means, again, more people want the 2 packs of them. They're always out of them. SO. You'll push more chocolate chip cookie sales if you stop making the huge packs, and make the 2 packs instead. And stop making so many of the other kinds, clearly, no one wants them as much as the chocolate chip cookies

Trying to pay for my allergy I asked Luke if he had tap to tape a ripped bill and he was rude and wouldn't help me I need that so I can breath I really think you guys need to do something about how your workers treat people

Safeway's my 'go to' grocery store with the best local produce and meats around. It helps that its sale prices are extremey competitive.

This is the worst Safeway I have ever been to. The staff that works at any registers or customer service or self checkout are extremely rude. They profile everyone. If you have missing teeth or aren't dressed in a suit you'll be profiled by Safeway staff as a thief. Tammy Brown says it's store policy at self checkout that you have to put everything on the bag station. Which is not the case. I don't appreciate being profiled at a store I go to every other day. It's really sad that this Safeway is treating it's customers this way. I've been going to Safeway for years and this Safeway just has rude staff. I won't be returning and I'll be letting my family and friends to know to go to QFC or haggens. Any store but Harrison Safeway. Customer service won't even sell you a roll of quarters even though I just spent over $100.00 that's great customer service!!! I'm being sarcastic.

Safeway is still good even though they have an army of tweekers foraging for anything tied down or not in the parking lot. Sometimes you see a fetty dude leaning so hard you think he's definitely falling down. Nope, he is frozen in space-time and is not coming back for a long, long time, if ever.
(edit, so it's been I don't know maybe 6 months since I wrote this review maybe longer I'm not sure and you might be asking is fetty dude still leaning so hard or did he actually fall down? Let me tell you right now that guy's never falling, okay. If you and your buddy are in the parking lot taking bets on whether or not this guy is going to fall or not, you're going to lose if you think he's going to fall okay. This guy is a professional leaner, and he will out-lean all these tweakers single-legedly. You're not going to find this guy itching, let alone Fallen he's that good.)

Customer Service “Cat” is one of the rudest employees at any Safeway that I’ve ever had a pleasure to meet. While she was disrespectful and rude to me while making a return she was also very rude to a customer standing next to me. Karma will get you Kitty.
