“A welcoming and wonderful place for our child. We couldn't ask for more in a daycare program and facility. We love and care about these special caregivers so much!”
“My daughter has been at ECS since preschool. The teachers are passionate about teaching and very creative! All staff at ECS work to know your child's name and interests throughout the entire school :) from the principal to the front desk to the PE teacher to all the teachers and pastors. I was impressed by that! They also find interesting ways to incorporate learning from Shark Tank to Young Author to Knowledge Bowl competitions. My daughter has grown spiritually, academically, and emotionally at this school and I am thankful to all ECS staff from the office to car monitors to teachers to principal! I appreciate their commitment to excellence! I echo that this school offers many programs to add to the educational experience, including foreign language, orchestra, band, arts, chess, and a variety of sports with the option to start some of them in 5th grade :) There are also annual family oriented events, including the Fall Festival, Father/Daughter Dance, Mom/Son Nerf Night, STEAM night, and Fine Arts Festival that includes the Young Authors, as well as, anti bullying lunches and golf tournament:). My daughter is moving onto High School next year. We are so thankful for the good seeds planted in her at this school! We support ECS and will continue to do so into the future:)”

“would highly recommend this daycare. The staff went over above and beyond to help my kiddos blossom into the beautiful flowers. I have seen my son grow to such a gentleman help to teach him healthy, coping and communication skills with his peers ,,,do you do his developmental delay they have been overly kind and helpful very patient. I’m so grateful I found this daycare. The daycare teachers seem so friendly and nice genuinely care for your kiddos concerns and needs and always a smile on there faces when you greet them ,clean and cozy has a family friendly environment ”
“My daughter has been attending since she was 6 months and is almost 2. I love the staff and their willingness to communicate and work with you. I appreciate using the Kaymbu app for updates. I love the themed weeks they have throughout the year and how much they care about my daughter.”
“My Son attended school from a baby to pre K at Kindercare. From management, cook and all the fabulous teachers I highly recommend Kindercare. They all really care. Thank you so much for all you do!!❤️”
“Absolutely love this daycare. After a bad experience at a different facility, this one has been heaven sent. My son and I love the teachers and other children. He comes home with so much knowledge and as a single mom, I can comfortably trust this group of care providers with my most precious responsibility. ?”
“My child has been attending Cadence since July, so about 4 full months now. She hated it in the very beginning but LOVES it now to the point where she doesn't want to come home, and she is not the only one.
The school was having a lot of issues when we first started and lost students, they have since made a huge transition with the regional director coming in and working the front desk herself and making a solid plan to get things right. I am so pleased with how the school runs, the teachers are great and so committed. My only reasons for not giving 5 stars is for their outside set up and the closing hours. I think it is lacking and not developmentally challenging. I think more funding should be allocated towards outdoor play areas, particularly a safe biking area and also a shelter to play at in the rain. I have seen most childcare facilities are open until 6pm and this is open until 5:30.
Ms. Kayleigh has been extraordinary in our kids' journey and we couldn't ask for a better teacher, you can really tell she cares about her kids. The small class sizes are amazing, but I also recognize that attendance is down due to the issues they had in early summer. Ms. Courtney has come in and settled in to the role of Director so seamlessly and is so helpful. I highly recommend Cadence at Cooper Point!”

“truly love this daycare because of the amazing teachers here—Kat, Maggie, Jackie, Tyra, Lailani, Bri, Chrys, Summer, Serenity, Beth… and especially Claudia. You all make this place special.
But the biggest shoutout of all goes to Caroline. She consistently goes above and beyond for everyone.
With all that being said, I genuinely loved working here. Like any daycare, there are highs and lows, but the people made it worthwhile. ? & from today on it’s going to be amazing from here on out so many amazing people there still!!”
“Adding -did you know they also have a PRESCHOOL!?! We just started & It’s been a wonderful experience so far. their preschool rate is very competitive with places like serendipity but I feel like there’s so much more HOCM has to offer. You do provide your child’s snack unlike some others , but I really prefer that as I now have quality control over what he eats. We had started our second year out at head start (sound harbor) & that was an awful experience the entire time…No consistency at all from the bus to the schedule to the teachers& the final draw was my son being full on attacked…It was not a happy place.
Walking into hands on preschool I can immediately FEEL a different energy about it, it IS a happy place, the kids are all having fun and everyone is interacting respectfully &nicely. The teachers & staff are all wonderful. It has been such a great change for our son. I’ve literally teared up so many times as my child just seems so much happier here & every day he’s so excited to go to school & see his “friends”.*
Wow! We got our year membership for $45 with our Ebt card. We spent 2.5 hours & didn’t get to everything. Along with huge array of hands on activities , the murals that accent each area are beautifully done. The staff is on point! There was a staff member almost everywhere I looked, they were friendly attentive helpful & constantly cleaning up and organizing stations. I loved all the fun creative touches , like under the ship there’s a little cave with an underwater scene & case with sea animals.
I especially appreciate that there were benches & seating everywhere as I deal with a lot of pain and I almost fear being in a place where they don’t have this available. The flooring is nonslip with a slight cushion to it so safer for falls. I also appreciated the clean bathrooms & the kid height toilets, sink& water fountain.
The cafe is surprisingly affordable & we got a discount with our membership card. They have a “create your own custom grilled cheese menu “ & it was actually really good. They do NOT use those rubbery weird tasting Kraft slices.
I saw a class coming through while we were there, kids had on HOCM shirts so they could easily be seen. There were a ton of staff that seemed to be very attentive & kids looked very happy playing.
BEST TIME- early mornings & lunch. it clears out for lunch I’d say around 12:30-1 most days I’ve been there. The am pm classes go back upstairs to switch around that time & most people break for lunch so it’s the least chaotic noisy time. I was also told field trips come through in the morning sometimes (& I witnessed how loud those are) but that those tend to not happen as much during fall winter.
My biggest complaint is the climber / slide situation that goes up to the second floor , it’s difficult for me as someone who struggles going up and down the stairs. My kid ran from the smoke and water PlayStation around the corner real fast & jetted up the climber . I got up the stairs as quick as possible but didn’t see my kid so I turn around to hobble back down to find him back at the water smoke tube station. I would just let him go up and down THE CLIMBER/slide himself , but once they get to the top they can run anywhere on the upper level so I personally wish they’d rope that area off just to make it easier for parents, especially those who are somewhat physically impaired. They do have an elevator which I do greatly appreciate but timing is up in the air to get there or back quick enough. My tip… dress your kid in a bright color so u can spot them easily!”
