“The staff over at On Guard storage are the best of the best! Always helpful, attentive and friendly. They are locally owned and operated, not like the other places around Olympia. When the big orange public place kept raising our rates, 5 years in a row, enough was enough. I called On Guard and they had several units in the size we needed. Signed a lease that day, and they held true to their word about not raising rates....they stayed the same for 2 years! So do yourself a favor if you're looking for storage....go here!”

I had an outstanding experience at Public Storage on Cooper Point in Olympia thanks to Kim! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explain my options clearly, and made the entire rental process quick and stress-free.
Kim’s customer service is truly exceptional. She goes above and beyond to make sure customers feel welcome and taken care of. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and secure, and it’s clear that Kim takes pride in her work.

“I was facing a very particular situation with my RV including some legal road blocks stopping me from renting an RV storage *anywhere*. Over the course of several days I worked with Ruth at Superior to navigate their policies and attempt to get a spot rented.
Ruth coordinated with the owner and did everything she could to help me work on renting one of the spots she had available - even going so far as to find alternatives since their policies were also standard across all rental and storage facilities I had reached out to - It was my particular situation that was stopping the process, not just this storage facility.
In the end I ended up figuring out my situation and moving forward with a different RV storage facility only out of convenience (I had other small storage units there)....
HOWEVER I could not move on without making it publicly known how great of customer service Ruth and the owner provided in working with me through the process, while also maintaining professionalism and adhering to the practices of her facility. Again, she really went above and beyond, and it must be known - these are the kinds of people you want to work with.”

“These folks are great. Went in on Monday to see if they could put a tow package on my new Honda CRV. They were able to schedule me for the following Friday and it was in the shop for two hours. Good quality workmanship and the price was very reasonable. These people were very helpful too in explaining to me the options and what the cost would be. I've use these folks to install trailer hitches before and I definitely would recommend them.”

“Move NW did great on my local move. Brian C. was flexible and accommodating as we weren't sure how much were were going to pre-pack and move ourselves in advance.
We ended up packing and moving all the boxable items ourselves, so the crew only had to came one day to move our big items. They were friendly, courteous, and quick.
A few days later, we realized that several of the adjustable feet on our large metal garage cabinets had been bent. Move NW was very responsive, asked for photos, and offered a claim form, but as we were able to hammer the feet straight again, we declined. Brian said he would still bring the incident up at the next team meeting to prevent damage like this in the future. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate their honesty and willingness to learn from it. I would recommend and use Move NW again.”

“I love the customer service reps. The unit is a bit pricey for the size, and the lighting could definitely be better. I feel it's the time of year when the pressure washer may be dusted off, and see how much life it has left in it too. I like the access hours and being forgiven for being a few minutes past cerfew was a bonus as well! Keep up the good work!”
“I have had storage units at this location on Kimmie street for the past 10 years. In that time I have experienced excellent serve. Just today I had the occasion to have Robert help me with a financial issue. He was wonderful to work with and helped me to resolve my problem to my satisfaction. “I was looking around for a storage unit and was originally gonna go to the one out in west Olympia, but decided to come here instead as my brother had a storage unit here like 20 years ago and had positive things to say about this place. I am so glad I came here instead!!
DJ was extremely helpful, friendly, and just seemed like an all around good guy! He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I had.
The place seems secure, safe, and in a good location. I love that it’s only a 7 minute drive from where I currently live. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new storage unit. Act fast tho, they go pretty quick! Also they have promos sometimes so you can get half off your first month, which I thought was awesome! I even got a free lock :)”

“Just recently rented their uhaul van. It was my first rental experience and I'm not sure any other business will be able to top it. I hadn't the forsight to check when they closed so I arrived right as they were closing. The woman at the front desk saw me and asked me to come in so she could help me get the van like I needed. She stayed 40 minutes or so after close to get the van rented to me and making sure I understood everything about the process as a first time renter. She was extremely kind and didn't seem annoyed to be giving me the extra help at all. She was the highlight of my otherwise terribly stressful day. So much so that I felt the need to write my first google review for them. Very thankful for my experience here.”

While I didn't get the names of the retail team there was a young man and a young woman who both had incredible customer service skills. James, the tow hitch specialist, went absolutely above and beyond to provide us with helpful information so we could make good decisions for the future of our bike rack and tow hitch. The facility its self is clean well cared for and managed. The grounds keeper/manager on site couldn’t help me enough and couldn’t answer enough questions in perfect detail for me. I felt like I had all of his attention while I was looking for the appropriate unit for my needs and he went above and beyond. Thank you so much I’m happy to do business with this company.”
