Right away they were friendly, honest, and super helpful.We set up an appointment to meet them and check out the units, which was so easy! Safe, secure, clean, and well lit units, accessible during typical hours each day and no contract required! Prompt signed up!We used the storage unit for a year or so, then decided it wasn’t necessary any longer. The move out was seamless, although it was just myself and my teenage son learning to drive (made it interesting, but we did it)! Nick helped me navigate to get out without hitting anything - because he is awesome!In fact, I have to say each and every interaction was with Nick, who is an absolute gem! Always going above and beyond to help out.When we are ready to get another unit, we will be back for sure! Highly recommend!”

“Just recently rented their uhaul van. It was my first rental experience and I'm not sure any other business will be able to top it. I hadn't the forsight to check when they closed so I arrived right as they were closing. The woman at the front desk saw me and asked me to come in so she could help me get the van like I needed. She stayed 40 minutes or so after close to get the van rented to me and making sure I understood everything about the process as a first time renter. She was extremely kind and didn't seem annoyed to be giving me the extra help at all. She was the highlight of my otherwise terribly stressful day. So much so that I felt the need to write my first google review for them. Very thankful for my experience here.”

“If rent wasn't getting so expensive, I would have given them 5 stars. I've been a renter since November 2022. Decent hours for Access 6am-9pm. Although I wish the hours ran a bit later. Lots of activity on weekends so parking gets tight. Clean facility. The bathrooms are on the first floor and only accessible during business hours 9am-6pm. Luckily Albertsons is close by.”

“This was our second move with this company and I can’t recommend it enough!We had the privilege of having Jake and John as our movers and those two guys were absolutely wonderful! Super funny too. They talked us through the process, gave us the game plan and executed it with ease.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5, is due to the estimate being so off.We were quoted nearly half of what we actually had to pay at the end, so that was a huge bummer and unexpected.However, we didn’t have that issue the first time we used the company so I can’t say it’s a common issue. We will definitely be using this company again for our next move!”

“We are moving for the first time in over 23 years, so you could imagine some of the stress related to our situation. We chose U-Haul based on previous experiences helping friends and family. I reserved a 26-foot truck with U-Haul online in advance of our move. Billie from the Olympia's store on 4th called a day ahead and asked if we'd like to pick the truck up early to provide us additional flexibility in our move. When we arrived, she and the crew were very helpful, curtious, and thorough in making sure we not only had the right truck, but the fuel, supplies, and helped us understand everything we needed to do for a safe trip and vehicle return at our destination. It really took the stress out of this situation. Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! I highly recommend renting from Billie and the crew on 4th! - Scotty”
