“I love this place. The prices are great and the staff is very helpful. Only complaint I have is that their payment portal is a bit glitchy and autopay constantly messes up, but no complaints about the facility itself.”

“This place is absolutely fantastic! I’ve been with them now 3 months and have needed a couple different accommodations so far without issue. Let’s see… 1st they gave me a super awesome deal with price because I didn’t have a lock and normally that’s an extra $20-30 anywhere else but nope they GAVE me a brand new sealed one free. Then because I’m forgetful I left my key about 50miles away and they said they would help me out with a new lock and cut the old one off. I felt to bad so I ended up going to get the key but they were willing to help me without issue. Then I wanted to switch units to a smaller one which at my old storage place “public horrage” was a nightmare and the main reason I left them because they wanted me to close down my account and then become a new renter again setup a new account REPAY the admin fees new lock etc and weren’t even willing to help me find a new unit I could afford and expected me to do all this same day. NOPE! At storage land they helped me with everything and even gave me 5 days to move my stuff with the only expense change was for them because it cost me NOTHING and save me $40 a month. I can’t say they do this all the time for everyone but what I can say is I know they help people NOT lose their things because I’ve seen it personally many times. Every time I’m in there they are talking to someone who needs this or that and I NEVER hear an argument it’s always the person at the counter bending over backwards to help them find a solution. GREAT JOB GUYS! Don’t look elsewhere for storage needs you definitely are at the right place if you come here. Seriously I’ve had MANY MANY different units in my life and this place is a godsend! Tell them Justen sent ya lol!”

“I rented a trailer from Idaho Falls, ID and had the drop-off location in Lacey, WA. Drop-off was at a location that didn’t have storage (which I needed) so I called Express Storage and Alex updated my rental to be delivered there instead. After 15 hours of driving and a mushed brain from energy drinks and exhaustion, Alex made getting a storage and dropping off the trailer the LEAST of my worries. Thank you, Express Storage for ALEX!”
“I've used the RV storage for years and now also include a storage unit there. The security of gated, high fences atopped with razor wore security is reassuring as well and even te decency of an on-site honeybucket helps. They have a website, too, which allows for onune patents and /or reservations. I'm including a gate photo depicting gate hours of operation...”
