Honestly, the women who work here are awful. It’s like it’s a pain for them to do their jobs. They don’t understand their own store policies. They constantly have horrible attitudes. Major overhaul needed of this store. I’ve lived in every corner of this country and this Sephora hands down has the worst employees.

TRISH…. You will not go wrong when it comes to a proper color match and recommendations on foundation and products. She has amazing eye for detail , professional, friendly quick and she really cares about what she does. Super professional, friendly quick. It’s a truly a passion you can tell how she passionate and the time she takes time and makes sure you’re happy with the product.

My partner and I came in store today and was looking for a fair powder and eyeliner. Tristan that was helping us had mentioned rosacea, which I suffer from! They recommended using a Peter Roth moisturizer jelly or something. I have used Dr. Jart+ and it never has worked for me, so I was willing to give it a try. I can't regulate my heat due to a issue and your face burning with rosacea is torture! I put some on in the car on the way home and my face is cold and I can't say how much this has changed my life in a few hours. They definitely knew their stuff, I highly recommend going there, they knew exactly what they were doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!! <3

Do not come to this store. They don't honor their return policy. I used the same credit card when I make the purchase but they said its not in their system when I'm return my stuff that I didn't like. Save you time and go somewhere else.

Omg talk about a highschool atmosphere. I was in there for an hour with nobody ever acknowledging my existence. When I finally asked for help the staff treated me like I was a total inconvenience. Did not make me feel welcomed. Will just go to the Ulta next door for now on

The store has so many good options! Between Sephora and Ulta, I can get everything that I need skin care and make up wise. If you don’t have a clue of what you’re doing when you walk in there, the staff is incredibly helpful. Of course, always do your own research before entering because They can’t know everything. But they are super helpful! And super nice.

I don’t have a name unfortunately but she worked the door, she had a bang and her hair was dark brown. My 9 year old daughter, sister in law and I visited the store 2 days ago, while in the store we were watched like a hawk as if we were stealing or going to steal. I had never experienced or never thought as a black person that I would experience such behavior. At least if you’re going to watch us ask us if we need help. I wish I knew the ladies name that was at the register, she was soooo nice, very knowledgeable and helpful. I plan to go back to today, hoping I see her because she’s such a beautiful spirit. I have been to this store quite a few times and what happened has never happened. Everyone has always been friendly and never racially profiled me. I felt unwanted, helpless, disgusted. I pray she’s not there today so that I can continue to have a great experience. I plan to speak to a manager today about what happened.

Kelsie is the most helpful and kind person at Sephora. She is always available to answer questions about products I want to get her impression on and has helped me with returns when things haven't worked for me and it was quick and easy. I had to write a review because she has made my makeup selection experience so much better! Big thanks to her for all her help and knowledge about skincare products and she is just a genuine and nice individual and very professional.

I love this store, I’m in here quite a bit and there are a couple girls who are just the sweetest! The product is usually stocked pretty well, the little kids in the store are often rude and annoying .. but the store itself is clean

Went in a few days ago while I was in town and Devon (?) was unbelievably helpful. Seem to know exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me a lot of things that I didn't need. Absolutely fantastic experience!! Thank you!
