Some of the best tacos and burritos in Olympia are served by Huicholitos - Inside the Shell gas station.
I went there today for a burrito and to use the restroom.
The Shell gas station attendant refused me access to the restroom - Therefore, I did not stick around to order a burrito. Or pump my car with gasoline.
I will raise this complaint here and followup with the legality of gas stations refusing basic travel accomodations of air, water, trash, and RESTROOM service.

Not the first to bring this up in a review here and still, no change has been made. It's a homeless addict hang out. I had to step over the handle of a homeless wheel barrow to go on and back out of the store. #triphazzard #potentiallawsuit The staff more than tolerate it and seem to be friends with them. Hanging out with them outside. I can't imagine the owners being cool with this. But apparently they are.

Outside looks like a homeless camp, cussing, smoking, running back and forth, right by the front door. Clearly they don't want your business.

1 pump didn't even have a nozzel at all!
so i reversed to the pump behind me: this pump had a nozzel but it was a manual pump.
As in: I had to hold the pressure on the handle the entire time for flow (no stopper)... like the 1960s... I won't be back to this location.

1 pump didn't even have a nozzel at all!so i reversed to the pump behind me: this pump had a nozzel but it was a manual pump.As in: I had to hold the pressure on the handle the entire time for has to flow... like the 1960s... I won't ever be back to this location.

Is there any chance we could get anyone with 5 min to spare to walk around and pick up garbage? Especially near the car wash area. 5-10 min would make a significant difference. I don’t understand why that can’t be done daily.

This has been mine and my guys spot since we were teens. It's gone so far down hill, but I still go here because of the memories. May not anymore since the manager allows homeless parties, and brags how secure his job is, because he won't train anyone to do things like change the car wash scrubbers (there's where your scratches are coming from) making sure the cleaning chemical dispensers are full. The list goes on. How about I take your job since I am mechanicly inclined and actually have a work ethic. You are hands down the worst manager I've ever even heard of, or seen on the internet. Take pride and pretend it's your company, maybe you'll get better feedback. To the owners of this establishment, If you want a real manager I've got 10years working in construction, 4 of which I was a successful lead, feel free to contact me if you would like a better lead.

This gas station has issues all the time. Covered up pumps that don't work, card readers that are testy, no paper in pumps for receipts, and the gas is sooooo overpriced. Needs new management.

Various pump's keep-on function do not work for my car. Loud annoying commercials from pump plus background music noise. Over filled my diesel truck, made a mess, and I paid to lubricate the floor. Very slow turtle crawl speed to fill. Nobody wearing a mask behind the counter or in front as of 4 months ago. Lame. The one up the street does not have these problems and is the same price. Go there instead.
